PD Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I've now used PD Plumbing for 6 years. Their staff is friendly and explain everything they are doing. They are truly the only Plumber I will use now and in the future.
Plumbing companies out of Wichita are over priced and through my experiences most of the time unfriendly.
I have recommended PD Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors and they have had the same great experience.

Had PD Plumbing out Sunday. Once again PD Plumbing is the best. Michael explained the issue and found he did not have to do anything. He asked where my cleanout was at and I advised him I've looked for it since we moved in. Michael located it hidden behind our basement toilet. He is very patient and explains everything in layman terms.

I have called PD Plumbing and Restoration to do two different repairs for me in the last few weeks. Both times a plumber (Nathan) showed up in a timely manner and took care of the problems in a timely manner. This is a very good plumbing company and I will certainly use them again if needed. And if someone asks me if I know a good plumber I will tell them to call PD Plumbing.

Chase was the best plumber that I have ever had to in my life to unclog the sewer at our house he was very professional and very helpful he gave us recommendations for various service that we might need in the future we will definitely ask for him next time we need any plumbing and sewer work

Able to come the next day, very friendly and competent. Took the time to explain the work and encouraged questions. Made sure I had a full understanding of the work needed before he started anything. Happily answered all questions about the work. Will use again and recommend to others.

I highly recommend PD Plumbing. They did a outstanding work putting a shower in ny 1950 bathroom which never had one plus put in a new sewer line . You can't even see that it was done. They are the greatest and very reasonable in there pricing They clean up and make sure you are happy with there work . If you need any Plumbing done do call PD Plumbing. You will be very happy you did.

The service people were very friendly and knowledgable about the product they installed. They wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the product and that it gave the results I expected. And it did 100%. They even took the time to explain to me how it operated. It's great they we're able to explain it in simple terms. I would highly recommend this company!

Very friendly and professional! Did great work replacing our water heater. Even followed up a few days later asking if we had any issues. I would highly them.

Forwarded from Customer Beth Posey l called on a Thursday around 3 pm trying to help me with a plugged stool. Actually got a live person with PD Plumbing and they came around 4:30 to5pm Dustin tried several times with the auger to find what my two year old grandson must have flushed. We disscussed the charge of $105 an hr to try to spend 2 or 3 hours trying to unplug versus a new stool replacement of the old one of 27 years of service. I agreed to a new stool and they were back on Friday at noon and replaced the stool within the hour .Good news for the weekend. Plus i had a year warranty for parts and labor. Dustin was very quick and courteous even to my young grandson who watched in ah!! I definitely will recommend your PD Plumbing to all my friends and relatives.

We discovered we had a leak somewhere in our basement. The company we used to use couldn’t make it out, so I remembered seeing this company on Facebook. We called and they got a guy out quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of our problem at a fair price. We will be using PD Plumbing from now on. Thanks!
