Arrived on time. Straight foreword and honest about issues. Knowledgeable and and quickly got the job done. Happily answered any questions and explained everything serviced and how to operate it. Thanks Aaron! Will definitely call with any issues in the future.

AC went out late in the afternoon this week. Called in to service and they had Jose out at my house by 6pm. Found out it was the blower motor. Called me back first thing the next morning and told me they had it in stock and Jose would be back out at my house by 9am which he was. Worked non stop until he left around 1pm. Excellent service, professional, and would not even think about using another company other than CW Suter. Also did the AC Maintenance while there per dispatchers approval. Thank you!

We have had several different technicians service our HVAC systems. The results are always the same; very polite, proffesional and efficient. When you call the office, the service staff really make me feel my call and business is important. They're very upbeat, polite. They call to remind me of an appointment and then follow up to make sure that we are satisfied. They're the reason I started to do business in the first place. They, and the technicians, are the reason that they'll keep our business.

Extremely impressed with Suter. Sales staff didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. In fact, quite the opposite: I inquired as to replacing some ducting, and he pointed out that it didn't need to be replaced, just a small repair job, which the technician ended up doing for free. Installation was quick and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and when we asked questions, they went above and beyond in making sure we understood what they were doing and why. When they were finished, they left my home as clean as when they found it. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to the people in the office (incredibly friendly, well-informed group). All of the warranty and rebate paperwork was taken care of by Suter - we didn't have to do a thing. It's refreshing to see a company who clearly values internal communication: each individual department works to support eachother, which is a major benefit to me, as a customer.

The entire process was top notch! From Jen, who took my call, to Aaron, who made the service call. Fast, friendly, and he explained everything thoroughly. I hope I never need service again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Suter!! 😀

They let us know up front that it could be the next day before they could provide service and we were okay with that, and they still made it the same day we called, which was awesome! Both the young lady who took the call and the service man were friendly and professional.

Excellent job always happy with tech

My furnace went down suddenly. Called Suter to repair a 41 year old unit. On thier recomendation, I opted to replace it. They brought me space heaters to get through the night and before 8 the next morning were here to install the new furnace. The guys did an awesome job and had heat for me by 4 pm the same day. They hauled the old stuff away, cleaned averything up and were done by 430. TOP OF THE LINE from beginning to end. I Highly recomend this company.

We were very happy! Our past heating and air service retired and so we gave Suter a call and got set right up! Jose came for initial visit and was very friendly and thorough.

We have used CWSuter for over 15 years. No complaints. They do a super job with the twice-yearly systems check-ups. We had to replace our furnace a couple years ago-great service right at Christmas.
