Was without ac and I tried calling multiple places and finally decided on Suter. I called, they showed up the same day and Aaron had the problem fixed within less than 30 minutes. Super happy with how everything went !

We were having issue with our AC not working. It was in the mid 90s with high humidity when I had called them thinking it would be at least a couple of days before they could get to us. They were there the following morning and got the issue resolved quickly. Friendly service guys were knowledgeable and professional.

Very good service. The lady that answered the phone was nice,, Fast on getting someone to check my Ac. The guy that came out was quick to get it fix. Reasonable price. Do recommend

CW Suter and Corey (technician) were fantastic! They were fully booked for the day I called them, but Corey was able to squeeze me in.
Corey was here very soon after I got the call back from CW. He worked very quickly, did not rush, and explained what he was doing/checking step by step. He was very knowledgable and double or triple checked against his charts. He also allowed the system to run a while after the repairs were made to ensure it was still operating as it should. He was also very friendly to my dog who was roaming around my house.
The service was completed quickly, and it did not cost near as much as I anticipated.
Great service, great communication, and a friendly technician - I'll definitely be going back here for my future HVAC issues!

I decided to upgrade my old HVAC System. I had several companies bid my project. Sutter did an amazing job from the bid process to the installation. Installation technicians Dave and Ross were professional and took the extra time to ensure I understood the new system and its capabilities. They were respectful of the home and made sure flooring was protected and remained clean as the installation progressed. I am a very satisfied customer and feel I am in good hands going forward.

The BEST and most professional HVAC company in the tri-state area. I had so many issues with some of the other companies in town that recently installed a new furnace (hint {O’Crackhead’s Heating and cooling}). It was a relief to have skilled and trained people install a new A/C unit. It runs like a top. Thank you!

Very professional, affordable, and experienced!Ben was so helpful on more than one occasion. He was patient with answering any questions and very friendly. We were without heat but within an hour of his visit we were back on track and haven't lost heat since. I appreciate you so much!
