It's never fun when you have to have something in your home repaired, but I feel better knowing I can count on Davis Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. I left a message requesting service for our malfunctioning central AC on a Thursday night and received a call back within the hour. After answering a few questions, my stress level went down with their shared knowledge. Despite being fully booked, a technician was at our house before 11 a.m. Friday and everything was fixed by Noon. The technician even answered several questions and I made a note in my calendar to schedule our annual heating (in the fall) and AC (in the spring) maintenance checks. Their service is wonderful, they explain things clearly, and their work is always top-notch and affordable. Thank you!!!

Davis Heating & AC is the best. I have used them multiple times over the years at the different homes I have been in. Every time I call they are pleasant to talk to. They are on time & efficient. I have always been very happy with the service & the price.

Wow! Phenomenal service. I called them with a furnace problem. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and picked up the part that day. He arrived promptly the next day that was a Saturday and fixed the problem and didn't even charge the higher weekend labor rate. This all happened the day before I left on vacation and the problem was quickly resolved and my wife didn't "freeze" while I was out of town. I would highly recommend this company.

Let me preface this by saying, we're first-time home owners (as of 2 weeks ago), so when our furnace started making a loud clicking noise, I assumed something was off.

According to the sticker on our unit, Davis Heating & Air Conditioning is the company who had serviced our a/c in the past. I sent a non-urgent email to them on a Sunday morning. Carmen called me within a couple of hours and we set-up a time for someone to come by and look at the furnace between 4-6pm Monday evening or 7-9am Tuesday morning, depending on my work schedule.

There is a (reasonable) fee for a technician to come between the hours of 4-6pm, as this is after their normal business hours. That was fine with us because we aren't able to be home during normal business hours.

Todd just left. He was super. Bless him for helping us newbies on a Monday night. He explained exactly what happened and mentioned that a part of our furnace was dirty, causing the noise we were hearing. I was relieved to find out that we may just get another 15 years out of her! He did not upsell or tell us that our furnace was on its last leg (I was worried), but educated us about a few things.

Brian, another technician, also called me on Monday morning because he had availability in his schedule to come by before 4pm. We appreciated the attempt and phone call, although we couldn't be home at the time.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend. We'll be calling them back asap for a pre-summer a/c tune-up.

The technician they sent out was great. He was pleasant, courteous while being in our home, and was able to explain to me what was going on with our furnace. The communication with the office to set up the visit was also simple and professional. They were also understanding when I accidentally made out the check to "Dave's Heating"

Davis Heating & Air Conditioning provides yearly maintenance to our furnace and air conditioning. They also have replaced our a/c and cleaned our ducts/vents. I will continue to use them -- I highly recommend them! They are reliable, and I trust them. Thank you, Davis Heating!
