Said would provide a quote and never did. Tried to contact the several times just to see if they had the common courtesy to say they were booked up or going broke. Wouldn't hire a company that is so non-communitative.

Larry did an extremely thorough job evaluating my home’s heating needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives his customers options. He is very is also very honest and has his customers’ best interests at heart. Would certainly trust him with my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Update: called them again for another issue and had yet another outstanding customer service experience. Again, blown away by their honesty and integrity as a company. Can’t recommend them more highly!

Absolute Comfort Heating & AC Inc replaced my furnace this winter. Larry the owner was very knowledgeable and had great communication. Absolute (Larry and Rusty) patiently asked questions about what I needed and wanted on their first visit. They did no selling. They listened. That was refreshing. We have a fine but old mid-century house. The system was mid-century. The second floor was either too hot or too cold. They designed a reasonably priced fix. They replaced the air conditioning unit and replaced a small basement heater. They installed a thermostat on the second floor. (A gift from the gods.) I took bids from four vendors. None asked me about my needs/wants...except Larry. All were considerably more expensive. I must admit, they were not the fastest guys in town. But they were continually considerate, polite, clean, and most importantly, SMART.

I received honest and excellent communication about the work that needed to be done. Through discussion we were able to come to the most cost efficient and effective way to replace the old furnace and install the new one. Their workmanship was of the highest quality. I highly recommend them because of honestly, friendliness and good workmanship.

I was having trouble with my heating system (not working in below 0 temps and then constantly restarting). Larry had to come out twice as at first the system appeared to be working again. Both times he responded to my call within a half hour and was over within 2 hours. Very happy with the response time. Service was professional and the heat is now working as expected. Will use again.

Do not call after hours! 24/7 claim is a joke. Furnace stopped working in the evening when 9 degrees outside. Called at 10:00 p.m. for emergency assistance. I was told technicians would arrive within the hour. No one showed up. Called two more times and was told technician would call immediately. Waited another hour and 30 minutes and still no call back or technician. 12:30 in the morning and 50 degrees in the house and no help arrived. Lousy service!

They were quick to respond to our furnace not working and had it operational within minutes of arriving on site. Their technicians were professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything to do with heating or air conditioning.
