On a Thursday, our AC stopped working. Heartland H&C answered right away when I called and they scheduled an appointment the following day. The tech arrived early, was professional throughout the entire appointment and resolved our issue swiftly.

Impressed with our first encounter, we scheduled a maintenance appointment for our furnace a few weeks later. A different tech came, but we had the same great experience. He also arrived on time, was professional, and very knowledgeable.

On top of the great service, their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again!

This company was great from start to finish. I called and had a sales person (Marc) at my house within a few days. We have a 100 year old home that obviously was not designed with A/C in mind so Marc told us about mini-splits and how that would work really well for the home. He even came up with a plan to get two units installed for the upstairs using one compressor to save cost. The install was few weeks later when parts arrived and our 2 installers worked tirelessly all day and the units were completely functioning by that afternoon. Our upstairs is actually more pleasant than our downstairs now! They also gave us a $500 instant rebate off the system. Would definitely call them again!

A/C was replaced in 2021. Heartland was professional & very competitively priced. Have had no complaints about our Lennox system.

I contacted Heartland Heating & Cooling regarding general maintenance on our geothermal system. We were also having a problem with the cooling component. They were able to help me in a timely manner, and they were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend their services!

My A/c stopped working Tuesday night. I called Heartland who had installed the system 12 years ago and they put me on a 20 minute call list. Meaning if they had an opening they would call 20 minutes prior to arriving. Alex called and I wasn’t able to get anyone to my home in time. He said no problem I have another to do and I’ll call when I’m done with that one. He did call and arrived about 25 minutes later. I had another company out yesterday to look at the system and they said it would cost 5k to fix it or 4K-7k to replace.
Alex looked at the unit and fixed it for more than 1/2 of what the other company would have charged. He said some of the tests could not have been accurate unless the unit was running.
Huge shout out to Alex and Heartland for their excellent service.

The staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. They seem to think the world revolves around them and that they can be flippant, interrupting, and extremely rude. This is no way to run a business. The quality of work for maintenance was very lacking as they came to our home three times and managed to fix nothing. We still have leaks and some rooms too hot and others too cold. What is worse, is the owner tried to act like he cares but he really is as worthless as his staff. We had a major project planned for our house and they were supposed to do the work. Well, they got canceled and we found a quality company to do the job. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

We've used Heartland Heating and Cooling since we purchased our home several years ago. Each Fall and Spring they come out to inspect our system to ensure everything is running as it should. Most often the system is running as it should and no repairs are needed, but occasionally there is something that needs our attention. The two or three times this has happened, the representative has explained the situation to us, provided options if we repair it or not, and provide a quote so we know going into the repair how much it will cost. Trevor came out this week and did our Fall tune up. He was kind, courteous, on time and made sure I knew what I needed to about our system. He's one of the best at Heartland Heating and Cooling, and we intend to use them each Fall and Spring for many years to come.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The salesman listened to my concerns and recommended a great solution and the installation crew was fantastic. Highly recommend!
