FANTASTIC! was told by another company i needed to replace both my furnace and AC but precision air fixed my AC and told me replacement was recommended but not required right away! saving tons of money!

Same day service. Tech diagnosed problem and had motor fan part out in 20 minutes. Part had to be ordered and Tech installed motor fan in 20 minutes. Furnace running like new. I recommend Precision Air for fast reliable service.

I want to take the time to Thank Eric and the team for the prompt installation of our furnace. They were quick to respond and was installed in a timely manner at a competitive and reasonable price. . Sometimes you don't know what people are dealing with and need to think about the reception that you are given on the phone. I am a Covid nurse and I am stuck quarantining away from.my family and trying to complete this from afar to ensure they have heat and hot water. My only concern was some of the reception that was given on the phone, as they were tired of answering questions or helping me get answers. Some were very friendly but others just need to think before they react. Customer service is important and so is getting questions answered. It is winter and all I wanted was to ensure my family would be warm, just a helpful suggestion.. I would definatley suggest them for your needs...

Our furnace stopped working and a technician was out within a few hours. Ended up needing a new furnace and they were back the very next day and had us up and running! Great customer service and communication, thanks!

On one of the coldest days of the year we discovered on Sunday Afternoon late that the furnace was not keeping up and it was getting cold waited until Monday morning at 6 call them they were there at 9 got things going and believe me it was very much appreciated it's wonderful to have them in the area we bought new heat and air conditioning from them 5 years ago they're evidently was a small glitch but it's fine now we really like dealing with them the people they send are always first-rate

Yearly check of Air Conditioning unit. They have been doing this for over 15 years. I like their service. They come twice a year and check my heating unit also. They replaced my furnace and thermostat a few years ago.

Dan was very professional & courteous. Completed the inspection of our furnace & ac in a timely manner. Explained the findings well. Highly recommended!
