Precision Air Heating & Cooling

I have been on a service plan with Precision Air now for 4 years. They are professional, fairly priced and their service technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Just a great company to work with.

Excellent service! 90+ degrees outside on a Friday at quitting time and of course our geothermal stops cooling. Called them and Eric was there within 45 minutes, determined the blower unit was bad and got one ordered. Long story short they covered the part under warranty even though they did not install it originally and will get my business from this day forward! Thank you

On December 8th, while working in a silent home I noticed my furnace was acting strange. I called PrecisionAIR right away because I knew the temperature was about to drop. The receptionist found a technician in the area and had them at my house in less than 30 minutes from my call. The tech found a cracked manifold that was leaching high levels of CO2 into the exhaust and possibly our house. They shut it down and reluctantly told me that I had to replace my furnace. Not something anyone wants to do right before the holidays. I knew that my AC was not in good shape either so I asked about replacing the AC too. Within an hour Eric, their salesperson was here showing me my options and helping me with rebates. They set me up with a Trane two-stage furnace and an energy efficient AC unit and had it fully installed and operational within TWO DAYS, which was just in time for the cold weather to hit. Fortunately for me, I had insurance to cover my HVAC but the claim wasn’t approved without a fight. Eric worked diligently with my insurance company to prove a sudden mechanical failure. In my opinion he went above and beyond his responsibilities and I appreciated what he did. I will use PrecisionAIR for all my HVAC needs from this point forward. If you need a company, you can count on PrecisionAIR!

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received on the hottest day in 2019! Eric and his crew are top notch and Dan was here within an hour after contact with us!! He was friendly and answered a question my husband had about our furnace!! We will for sure be customers from here on out and will be using them to install our new furnace and A/C unit when it’s time!!

Furnace took a turn for the worst. Precision Air had everything taken care of in mere hours and a new heater put in the first thing next morning. My experience was awesome. Will use again for future jobs and projects. Highly recommend.
