They did a great job for us. Nice people to work with. We highly recommend them for any of your heating & a/c needs.

My problem was caused by the Manufacturer installing a piece of insulation cutting the airflow making the unit freeze. I question why I should have to pay a service fee for that?

We had problems with our A/C twice this summer. When I called for service they were very prompt in getting to us the same day and getting us up and running. Would highly recommend!!

Over all I was disappointed in the customer service level. I had a service call to the house, than a quote for a new heat and air unit, even spoke with a manager. Just a one disappointment after another.

Precision Air has put in a furnace at my first house and geo in second house and they get things done quickly. They have very nice employees!
