Precision Air was fantastic from start to finish in my process. Eric was great to work with through the process with great knowledge of what to use for my specific house. The installation techs were early for the job and got right to work. They walked me through what they were going to do and very professional while at my house. I would recommend Precision Air to anyone I know looking for a new unit or general maintenence! they are just a fantastic company all around, you are at good hands with Precision Air!!

I have the annual maintenance plan for furnace and air conditioner. I am pleased with the neatness, cleanliness, maintenance, knowledge and professionalism. They arrive on time and are very courteous. Any questions or concerns I have, they are willing to professionally answer and explain. I am completely satisfied and feel secure when their job is completed.

We have Geothermal. Had issues starting in April- possible low Freon. Since then we have had Precion back 3 more times to basically put a bandaid on !! Then we had to call online service guy on a Sunday- Justin came out and right away was able to figure out where the leak was!!! So all together we spent almost $1,500 for something that should of only cost $300!!! Not happy! I asked to speak to Owner or manager and never received a phone call back! If it wasn’t for Justin we would if called another company!

Great Experience! From Eric's (Sales) responsiveness to the scheduling, to the Installation extremely responsive and professional. We looked at four different vendors for our install and Precision came with the best value for the money. In addition to the HVAC they also installed a new water heater for similar money to all of the other vendors. The install Crew was Prompt, Efficient, Very Clean, and Professional!

What an incredible crew of guys!! They came and fixed my furnace within 24 hours of me calling them. They were prompt, friendly, and very reasonable!! I am so happy with this service!

My heating system stopped working. It being a very old system, needed replacement. Precision Air Heating & Cooling gave a very competitive quote. The owner and the employees were very courteous and helpful. I had to call them back after the had done for the day due to my ignorance. They returned back promptly to fix the minor problem which was easy to fix but serious enough to cause flooding in my basement. The employees were very cordial and cooperative. I will surely recommend them to my friends.

Unfortunately my experience with the first technician that came to our home to repair our AC was poor. When he arrived, he was uninterested in my observations of our AC's recent performance (which would have been a quick 45 second summary - I understand being busy). After performing an "inspection" he added some freon and provided me with my $135 bill. He didn't explain what was done or any recommendations to keep our AC running long-term. The only reason I knew our AC was "low on freon" was because that's what our invoice stated. Two days later, our AC stopped working.

We had a different technician from Precision Air come out on a later date after we moved into our home. My husband was present on this date but said the technician was kind and professional. He explained that we needed to replace our coil. We were still charged a diagnostic fee even though the previous technician should have caught this.

Please ensure that your technicians are taking the time to explain what services are being provided and giving all customers the opportunity to voice any concerns. Not doing so may make other young women feel taken advantage of.

We recently used precision air to repair our heating system. This company is very helpful and professional. They made sure and explain to us what was wrong and what was needed to be fix and they also walked us through the application process. I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for service.

We had an issue with our furnace on a Saturday morning. Called a few place near me had no to little response. But I was able to get a hold of Precision almost right away. I talked to Dan Greer and we set up a time to have him come out. He was on time like we discussed. He went over everything with my old furnace. Found no issues. Gave me advise with what to do for the near future on replacement. He was extremely professional, great guy all around. Would recommend Precision Air Heating and Cooling for your HVAC issues or maintenance.

Very efficient service at a reasonable cost. We used them for two furnace and air replacements and received quality service and product. We had a storm problem knock out our upper furnace and they were very prompt at taking care of the problem. I highly recommend Precision Heating and air conditioning for their expertise and superior service.
