Precision Air Heating & Cooling

I really have no words for how helpful they were! We had an unfortunate geothermal emergency. The owner of the company was out at our house within 15 minutes of calling. Then, the following morning we had the greatest service technician at our house to fix the issue. He was kind, professional, and truly cared. I truly cannot say enough good about Precision Air after our experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic company to work with! We worked with Eric and he was able to get us a same week install. He explained to the "T" what we would be getting and the benefit of the system. The 2 man install team was incredible. Professionals in every since and super grateful for their team. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service! Due to a scheduling issue with another company I decided to drop them and call Precision Air to see if they could squeeze me in to fix my furnace. I had called around 1pm and explained the scheduling issue and told them I was hoping to get my furnace fixed yet the same day. The lady told me they were booked for the afternoon but would make a phone call anyways. She called me back and said someone would be there in about 2 hours. Dan came to fix my furnace and was absolutely fantastic! Super easy to talk to and very understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Could not have been happier with the service!

We could not be more pleased with our experience, we are selling our home and had them come out to fix and ultimately replace our system. We called them on Tuesday morning, they were at the house by Tuesday afternoon, and had the whole system replaced by Wednesday! They were very knowledgeable and Eric with the sales team was very helpful and responsive! We will recommend to anyone we can!

From initial contact to the install of our geothermal system everyone from Precision did an outstanding job, from initial bid to install everyone answered any questions that I had. Great company to work with.

In the hottest stretch of weather we had in Eldridge, Iowa, our AC/Furnace decided to crash on an evening when the late nite temp in our home was 84 degrees. We had company coming the following day. We placed a call to Precision Air - talked to Eric Long and from there - the next 36 hrs. were amazing! The team of Josh Townsend, Stan Young, James Graves, Ben Milota, Justin Nelson went to work. Tearout - installation was flawless. The Precision Air Team had us up and running the next evening and everything was spotless. We would highly recommend Precision Air to anyone!!!!! Thank you very much for your service.

We replaced our furnace in January. Precision Air had a great price, a professional, honest and knowledgeable salesman. Install went great as well. Would use again!

Out tech did a awesome job and informed me what was going on. I had to reassure my wife to be patient because of how humid our house was. It took about 24 hours to catch up just as out tech said. I loved the professional touch he added as my wife was a little upset that our house was not as cool as expected when she came home. He even came back out and took the air temperature being put out by the A/C which was totally working more efficient with his tune up!!
