The outlet pipe was retaining water as it was not angled to drain back to unit into tubing to go into drain in basement floor. Fixed it, but also showed me other future cause may be drain tubing clogged and how I can easily get to it and unclog it in a few seconds work. Also extended drain pipe and put in small angle piece so pipe drained directly into drain and not an inch short where it was leaving a mold trail to drain.

Brandon came and diagnosed our furnace problem and fixed it. He explained everything he was doing and was pleasant and helpful. He left the place clean. Did I mention he was right on time!

Placed service call and tech was on site in about 10 minutes. Diagnosed part needed and got part needed from their shop. Everything done in an hour. Very happy with the service. I’ve used them in the past and they have been very responsive.
