My experience was great. I was told I would have someone come out to my house in 3-4 hours, came by in 3 hours after I called. Quick and professionally, Justin did a great job and helping fix the problem. Will be using these services again.

Service One installed my furnace and AC a few years ago, and have done the seasonal checkups on them since then. Both units have functioned beautifully. They also installed a new water heater when my old one died. A few months ago I consulted them about air cleaners, and subsequently had them install an iWave air cleaner on my furnace. It has made a significant difference in the air quality in my house, where I have had two cats and two dogs. Most recently, this week I was notified by the City of Dubuque Water Smart system of unusually high water usage indicating a possible leak. My toilets were fine, so I suspected the humidifier on my furnace, and found that I had forgotten to switch it from summer to winter. The temperature plunge last week coincided with the onset of the high water use. I switched it over but had Service One come, and they confirmed that it would have led to increased use. The technician, Matt, also adjusted the flow valve and explained the whole process to me, so I understand the process and I am better prepared moving forward to make the seasonal adjustments myself. He has been here before and is always knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I appreciate the continuity and the expertise of the technicians as well as the quality of the equipment that Service One offers for installation. This morning Water Smart confirmed that the irregular water usage has resolved. I highly recommend Service One for their people, their service, and their products.

Great, professional, and very responsive! My furnace went out in the middle of winter and ServiceOne sent a very helpful repairman, Brian, to fix it less than an hour after I called. Brian found the problem quickly and we had heat in no time. Highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Brian at Service One for coming out late at night to trouble shoot and ultimately determine the cause of the problem for my furnace not working!!! He was professional, fun to talk to, and went out of his way. We're very grateful for the time he spent so late at night searching for a solution!

My HVAC system was leaking in the basement in the summer. The pump to remove condensate to a nearby sink didn't seem to be working. Service One was able to come out the day after I called them. They replaced the pump and were on their way. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue, and the leaking continued. I called them a week later and, once again, they were out the next day. Seems the PVC pipe leading to the pump was blocked with gunk, so they replaced it. They charged me only for parts, since they had not fixed the leak on the first visit. While it would've been nice to get it resolved on the initial visit, everyone makes mistakes; the way they resolved it speaks well of their commitment to do quality work at a good price. Will definitely call them first if and when another issue arises.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the coldest week of the year so far. Service One came out the same day and told us our 29 year old furnace needed to be replaced (as we were expecting). That afternoon they explained our options to us and provided us with space heaters so that we would be comfortable until they returned the next day to replace our furnace. The entire process was smooth and we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The service was great, had no problem with that. However, we discovered we may need to re-do our whole piping system for the bathroom, and our technician said he’d write up a price quote for how much that would cost and emAil it to us. But its been 3 days now and we still have not received that quote. We would really like to get that so that we may fix our problems.

I called ServiceOne today because I was having furnace issues (on the coldest day of the year). They were able to get to my house within the hour, and it was fixed shortly after. Matt was awesome! He was efficient and very helpful. We even talked briefly about future work (water heater/central air, etc.). I would definitely recommend!
