Friendly folks, but not really interested in saving me money. I had them inspect my boiler and hot water heater before selling our home. Both units were gas and were ancient and needed to be replaced. My chimney was not setup to vent the hot water heater properly and so they said they'd have to vent out the side of the basement wall (limestone walls) and install a power vent for the exhaust. Approx $1700, they said. I purchased and installed an electric hot water heater which needs no venting for $400 instead (wished they had suggested that). I also tried to get an itemized list of costs for the boiler install (over $12,000), but they never did provide me with anything but a Total bill for $12k.
Nice service men, like I said, but their first priority was NOT to save me money. I would not use them again. Sorry, guys! :O(

Service one came out and told me I had a broken a coil and needed a whole new unit, without doing a pressure test or vacuum. After having another AC company come out and take it look it was quickly realized there was not a broken coil at all.

Replaced the thermostat and cleaned our furnace and found a couple problems. Very professional knew what He was doing. Thank you.

I'm from Dubuque, Iowa. Our Furnace broke down this morning, 12/17/2018. I called ServiceOne and they came right out. The Technician was Brandon F. He was Outstanding!!!!! He fixed our problem, quickly, efficiently and professionally. I cannot praise this company and its employees high enough. Thank you ServiceOne!!!!!!!

Furnace stopped working on Sunday and most services were closed. Called ServiceOne Becca they had good reviews on Google. A bit expensive due to the weekend, but they had parts to support my twenty year old furnace. Rob Kubik came out and got me running within thirty minutes. Will call again if I need HVAC assistance.

My second time using ServiceOne. The technician who did the work was knowledgeable and helpful. They came out within 24 hours of my call and solved my issue.

Matt was very professional, friendly and efficient with the time he spent at our home. He was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly and fix the problem. He was able to offer advice and assistance in preventing a future problem. I highly recommend this service.

They have done several things for me over the years. Their staff is always friendly, and respectful of your property. They work quickly, and do great work. When the job is done, it is done right.
