Very impressed! My furnace stopped working at around 5 PM one night. I would’ve been fine waiting a couple days, but was worried about my two 5 pound chihuahuas who are very intolerant to cold temperatures.
They sent a technician (Brian) in just a few hours. Brian was very friendly and polite, despite the after hours call. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a matter of minutes (other than having to go get a part from the shop). Thank you Brian!

My technician (Mario) was very personable and kind. He communicated well with me when he needed to leave for more tools. I was in the process of selling my home and needed this fix completed soon, they responded within 24hrs and he allowed me to picture and showed me what was done so I can share this with the inspector for the moving process! So thankful for their service!

I was lucky enough to have Noah repair several components in my home, including installing a water pressure reducing valve. He was great with communicating the pricing and having the entire job done quickly...saving me money in the end! Great quality of work and professionalism!

Everything done professional. The mechanic was great. But why $85 an hour. I hope the mechanic was getting at least $50 and I'm a RN and my fiance a contractor. We don't make that much an hour.

Came from black hills for a furnace repair and showed up 2 hours after the 5 hour window given. Wouldve been nice to of been notified about coming late since I had to miss work for it.

Brandon is an absolutely top notch service technician. I am a new customer with my gas company and service plan, he answered all of my questions. He advised me to clean my humidifier filter and recommended ways for doing that. He explained some important basic features of my furnace, humidifier and A/C in my newly purchased home and told me what he knew about smart thermostats. He tuned up my furnace with the right amount of time and care, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. ServiceOne definitely provides good appliance repair and tune up service based on my experience with Brandon's visit to our home!

This is the second time I have used Service One. The techs are always courteous and respectful. They seemed very knowledgeable and repaired my furnace on minutes. The bill was very reasonable.

They were supposed to do a furnace inspection between noon and 5 pm Wednesday 11-3-21
I took 4 hours off from work, do I left work at 11:00. They called me at 11:25 to reschedule the appointment. I am not a happy camper. I lost $75 in pay and they think I should reschedule so I can lose some more income.??
