I had my furnace cleaned and checked for the first time. The technician was great! He was kind enough to answer multiple questions about my HVAC maintenance. He didn't make me feel bad at all for asking such basic questions. I had a horrible experience with another company when my system had issues, so I was nervous. Everything went great today. I have never been "oversold," which I know can happen elsewhere. The most recent install was handled beautifully and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I have been very pleased with Bell Brothers company in general, and Ryan specifically. Yesterday the heat index was approximately 100°, and due to street construction outside of my home Ryan needed to walk approximately half a block with equipment and gear to reach my home. He worked without complaint, performed the necessary work, and was professional through it all. This guy deserves a raise! He’s also a volunteer fireman which I highly respect, he obviously enjoys helping others. Update: 6 months later, Ryan was back and professional as always!
