So easy to work with. Set the appointment by phone, I rcvd a confirmation text and email and a reminder the day before the service call. The day of, I got a text and phone call from the tech that we was on his way. Arrived, introduced himself (Adis) shook my hand and addressed exactly what I needed. I paid on the spot with my credit card on his tablet and my rcpt was waiting for me in my email inbox. Simply put: I could not ask for a smoother transaction. Five stars service. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bell Bros always sends excellent technicians, but I especially appreciated Adrian's professional, yet friendly and educational approach. (I'm always interested in aspects of a job I know nothing about. Adrian answered all of my questions in a patient, yet non-patronizing manner.) I hope he'll continue be "our" tech in the future. 😁

I have used Bell Brothers for my furnace & A/C for over 10 years. They have always provided great service. I had my first experience using their plumbing services yesterday. It was an excellent experience Jordan Fiscus completed the work efficiently. Great at communicating why & what needed to be done. He is a real pro!

The serviceman, Adrian, did a very thorough job, checking things very carefully - inside and outside. He found a very bad capacitor outside on the AC unit, and it will be replaced, since once it goes bad my AC unit will not work at all. He wore protective shoe coverings inside my home, and was very good to explain everything he did and why he was checking things.

He was more thorough, and did a better job than the last 4 service people I have used in the last four years. He was well trained, polite and I would recommend him to anyone needing this top quality of work.

They guys arrived in a timely manner and went right to work. they got everything completed before the end of the day, even though I also added the purchase and installation of a new hot water heater on the morning of the install. They got that completed too. They cleaned up and left the house as it was before they got here. they explained the new thermostat and everything looks fantastic.

service member was very polite, courteous and informative. He arrived on time and I really liked the text I received showing a picture of who would be arriving for my appointment.

Marty did a wonderful job in resolving my gas leak issue!
He worked hard to determine where it was located and what was needed to fix the gas leak. He with the help of his co-worker Sal was able to replace my gas line through my ceiling from the gas meter outside my condo to my furnace room. MidAmerican Energy was able to restore my gas that had been shut off when completed. Marty's knowledge, diligence and very hard work was very much appreciated in completing this complicated job.

We’ve had an excellent inspection of our new air conditioner system before the summer season. The Bell Bros employee was very courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explained all he did to our satisfaction and assured us he would return if we had any problems or difficulties operating our AC. PERFECT!

The installation crew of Zivko Cuca and Jacob Mathews from Bell Brothers Heating & Cooling not only installed the new furnace but also went beyond that and corrected two issues with past installations. Great Job!

On a very hot Saturday, the response was quick, thorough and professional, and the air conditioner is working well again. Very professional, quickly identified the problem and had it fixed, and provided an understandable explanation for what went wrong, and suggestions on how to minimize the need/cost for replacement parts in the future on the old outside unit. As a 30+ year customer, still very happy with the fast, professional service.
