Everything went very well as it always does with Bell Bothers. There were no problems at all. Drew was very informative when I had questions. It was a great service call.

Condenser unit's fan motor was acting up. Even though I had scheduled a complete A/C and furnace install for 6 days later, Bell Brothers did not want us without air conditioning. Service tech returned a 2nd time and installed a new fan motor on them. Can't say enough positives for the service we have received.

Drew explained everything I needed to know about my furnace since this was in a new location for me. He also set my thermostat up since I had no instruction book. I was very grateful for his expertise!

James spent time problem solving the faulty furnace after a water leak. After significant effort he fixed it! He did not give up. The cockatoo Pollo thanks James too as Pollo would not survive our freezing weather. The problem was identified at 330pm and fixed by 730pm. On a Monday night. We are extremely happy.

Just had Bell Brothers clean out our ducts this past Friday 10/2. They did a fantastic job & told me that whomever did it previously didn't actually do a good job b/c they had some findings. Our house turns 100 years old next year & they had found letters postmarked from 1934. They told me that this is the oldest item they have EVER found. The letters were tucked in a space in one our my guest bedrooms vents. I have been using Bell Brothers for 3 years now. Continue to use their services!

Professional and friendly service. Pointed out a few things to be watchful of and didn't try to put any pressure on replacing old parts. Just let me know it was something to think about. Great service
