Highly recommend Bell Brothers! I’ve used them for over 10 years, and they have always been reliable, professional, knowledgeable & great quality. I recently had a full system replacement & they were wonderful. When my furnace went out, they even came out within the hour & got my furnace running for the couple of days before my replacement appointment. Excellent customer service!

I just got out of the hospital. My air condition unit went down. I got a text message sent to Bell brothers, they came right out. The next day fitted my unit, I think them for so much. I haven’t had a problem with their company at all on fixing my air-conditioning unit. I think them. I highly recommend Bill brothers to anyone that has an air conditioner problem service techs are all the time punctual about cleaning up , whatever they mess up and it’s a very professional business to work for.

Technician arrived two hours after my call to report air conditioning was not working. He quickly identified the problem and gave me a options and the associated cost to resolve the issue. He was very polite, professional and showed concern for the seriousness of not having air conditioning with an outside temperature of 90 degrees.

My new Bell Brothers furnace was not communicating correctly with my new programmable thermostat regarding my A/C. But that was not evident until I turned off my heat and turned on my A/C this spring. I called Bell Brothers thinking I just wasn’t operating the new thermostat correctly. A technician, as well as the guy who sold me the furnace and thermostat, tried to solve my problem over the phone, but when it became clear that they couldn’t, they had a technician to my house within the hour. It took him a little while but he figured out what was wrong (…it wasn’t just that I didn’t know how to operate my thermostat!) and Bell Brothers did not charge me. Bell Brothers is loyal to their loyal customers.

Bell Brothers duct/vent cleaning was significantly better than any others I've Used in the past. This is a newer service they offer, and I'm so glad they added it.

I've used Bell Brothers for new HVAC and repairs on old HVAC for 30 years. They recommended other duct cleaning service providers in the past, and they were all ok. But the last time I asked who they currently recommended, they said they just hadn't had good luck with anyone anymore, so they would be bringing the service in-house. I was happy to hear it since they've always provided outstanding service.

I received my estimate over the phone and scheduled then.

The morning of my appointment, I received a text with a photo of my service guys and an estimated arrival time, along with a phone number to call if I needed anything. Then I received a call from the tech about 20 minutes before arriving. When I asked for an additional five minutes, they were very accommodating. The techs were here all day and really cleaned every bit of ductwork. They were careful and respectful. They stayed focused and worked nonstop. I honestly don't know why you'd choose any other HVAC company.
