The technician came out and told my husband what the problem was and when he asked how much it would be to fix it she went to the van and left. He had to call the office to find out why she left and if she was coming back. We were given the excuse her van broke down. She DIDNT finish the job and just left and that's ok..?? She was at our house twice and first time didn't fix the problem, Second time she up and left. We have always had good results with Schebler except when this technician shows up. So beware if you use Schebler and Anna shows up. I would hate for others to run into problems like we did

The tech team who installed the new system arrived on time, answered all of our questions, worked throughout the day and cleaned up when the job was completed.
Rob followed up after the installation to be sure we were happy with our new system.
We did a lot of research and felt that Schebler was the best choice for us.

I've used Schebler for nearly 20 years and the service continues to be the best in the business. Main furnace expired on one of the coldest days of the winter in January 2022. Schebler came out, diagnosed the issue, determined it best to replace rather than repair, and within 24 hours we had a new furnace quoted, delivered, and fully installed. When I call, Schebler always make me a priority and provides excellent service. Best in class.
