Great Company! Mark took our call on a Sunday night to replace our gas valve as well as a few other things due to a gas leak. David was there bright and early Monday morning to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend using them. Their response was quick, communication great, and their service was done well.

Our furnace went out couple days before Christmas, and my mother-in-law was in the hospital passing away. Mark came out quickly and worked around our trips to the hospital to get us taken care of quickly. (AT CHRISTMAS!) He was very professional, reasonable, friendly, and respectful. Since then, our cooling unit started making noise, called them, Dan, the son, came out. Dan was just as prompt, friendly, and professional as his father, explained what he was doing and why! Communication was amazing! (Most companies cannot communicate at all!)
I give this company a 12 on a 0-10 scale! They were outstanding! I have been recommending this family business to everyone I know since! Great work Lewis!

Will update my experience when the problem is over, but make sure they are Honest with you about their capabilities. Wasted 2 days running the wrong tests because they didn't have the knowledge or equipment to deal with a CO2 problem and they don't understand how to fix CO2 buildup and tried to lie initially to the PMC where I live as if they found and fixed the problem and did not. So I open a window to vent CO2 to safe levels in the middle of winter because they don't understand or know how to fix ventilation or what CO2 is and how to test for malfunctioning ventilation. I have doctors who work for me and are clients who are terrified how these people handled this matter. One of the owners Mark admitted he doesn't know what to do or even have the proper equipment but pretended they fixed a problem.

Mark, David, and Brian have helped me with several projects. They have replaced my furnace at home, replaced HVAC system at my cabin, serviced HVAC system at my shop, and yesterday replaced an AC compressor at my shop (same day service and stayed until 7PM to complete the work). They are a great team and take care of issues promptly. They are conscious of budget and give solid advise on best value solutions.

Mark and Brian are our life savers they have replaced 2 old furnaces at our retail store, repaired our unit at our warehouse and installed a new unit on a rental. We’ve Had great reliability on those and now my homes unit is out and we’re using Lewis to replace that now they are good and professional thanks guys.

Great! Derik and his crew replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit. All of their work was excellent. Derik is honest and provides personal, professional service, follow-up , all at a great price. We also use Derik for our twice yearly HVAC check-up and services. I would highly recommend Derik for any/all HVAC needs.

Been waiting for calls from Lewis heating to repair the furnace it been months they still haven’t call or show up and it is getting cold outside. The noise from the furnace is loud and annoying when it on its going on for 3 years with this noise.

The tech Brian showed up and was very quick to troubleshoot our account unit and point out what was causing the issues and told me helpful tips to keep the account running efficient. Thanks Brian!!!
