Northern Tool + Equipment

Walked in with my old pressure washer gun trying to see what it would take to piece together a snub nose gun to work better for my car washing needs. A gentleman greeted me and in extremely short order listend to me needs and QUICKLY pieced together EXACTLY what I needed! Was EXTREMELY refreshing to encounter an employee at a retail store who ACTUALLY seems to care and listen and possess the knowledge to help the customer to the fullest! Just wish I would have noticed his name because he really knocked it out of the park today!

Picked up what I needed but wanted a socket set but shelf was empty. They said they were out but when I came home to order it on line it said 9 were at the store. I wasn't going to make a 60 mile round trip nor was I going to pay $16 in shipping. I think someone just didn't want to beat feat back to the warehouse to grab me one. Other than that the majority of the employees are knowledgeable and willing to help.

Haven't done a lot of business here, but I did order a shop stool and a few Stihl items, and everything was ready when I got there to pick things up. Very good service and quality items from what I've seen so far. Just now ordered a second shop stool for my garage bench.

Like how you just slipped in that one year shipping deal and got me for 40 dollars I didn't want that

The staff in Davenport were very helpful and went out of their way to check on some installation questions I had. Everything I needed was in stock. They have a very good selection of tools and items for the shop.

I've bought from your catalogs since the early 1990's. Spent over $50,000 in this lifetime. Received my latest catalog- not a price in it, scan codes only. Went straight to trash. The millennial that talked your company into doing that didn't build this country, us old timers did. Get a clue.
