Northern Tool + Equipment

This day and age almost all my shopping is online, especially since we live outside of town. I usually compare 3-4 stores for the same product and today Northern Tool wins...by a landslide!!!

I have shopped Northern tool for many years and appreciate their quality. I bought a skid mount sprayer years ago from them and when I first got it no one in my area had even heard of northern tool and I told everyone that it was a custom made unit and now the secret is out.

Do not buy from Northern Tool and Equipment. They don't honor their own pricing. Ordered a product online, and they canceled it on me. Even when their website said "Order today to guarantee this price"

What good is that if they won't guarantee this price?

Was asked just inside the door if I could be helped and was directed to the item.
Nice wide aisles, like items together, good quality and reasonable to low prices.
On line shopping is easy and quick.

Fast shipping so far quality tools fair price. I guy can never have to many tools lifetime warranty on some brands I can't complain. You get what you pay for most of the time

Carries a good variety of quality tools for contractors and DIY. Not always the cheapest but often have deals and promotions to keep prices competitive. Two important brands they carry: Milwaukee and Klutch.

Outstanding customer service. I was buying a wood burning stove. They had one left. They held it for me. Gave me a military discount. And then the service rep named Chad. Came out and jumped my truck. And then took the extra time to help me break free my frozen sandbags with the forklift. And then loaded my stove. 100% going there again. Oh and their price for my stove was about 300$ less than anywhere else. You need hardware. Go here. No quet asked. This is your place to go.
