like shopping here as they almost always have what I need in stock. they also have repair services that I have used for my generator, (that didn't go as well as I had hoped but ... ) their products are near the top of the line and they have selections of models of most things. Great place if you are a tool lover such as myself.

Staff overall is very helpful. One person at checkout not the most people person. Which is fine but maybe not the right person for that job. That's the last person you see and last impression. That said the store is nice and has alot of selection for its size. Tools are pretty decently priced and in my experience well built.(for the price) if you have a shop or a weekend warrior nice place to check out.

Employees are Always Friendly. When I can't find what I am looking for at another store. I can always count on them to have what it is that I am looking for at a reasonable price. Just tried the order on line and pick up within 2 hours. This should be interesting.

This store is hands down the best in customer service and they stand by there products 100%. Bought a generator before covid and never got to use it. When i pulled it out of storage and put oil in it for the first time it all leaked out. Took it back to Northern Tool and they couldnt find where the leak was coming from. Gave me a brand new updated version of that model for my troubles. Put oil in it, hooked up the battery, put gas in it and started it up. Ely i cant thank you enough!!! Will definitely be buying more from this store.
