Schebler Heating and Air

I own Shabby Chic Builders and have been using Schebler for about 7 years now. They are well trained, professional, and affordable. I recommend them to friends and family and consider them part of my team of preferred tradesmen.

I had service tech Jeremy come out today and service our air conditioners and install a new thermostat and he was professional and did a great job. Then, I had estimator Randall come out, and we discussed changing a almost 30-year-old furnace and installing a new AC unit that is out of date and old. Both guys were extremely honest and did not try to sell me on repairs I did not need. Very very impressed and happy that they are now doing my heating and air conditioning work.

Schebler has been the company that has serviced my furnace and AC for well over 40 years. I have never had a problem and feel that they have done an excellent job at a cost that is fair.

I have used Schebler Heating and Air for all my Heating and Cooling related services at my residence in Bettendorf. I had them install new AC and Furnace and I couldn't be happier. They were upfront about the timeline and what I should expect during the project. After that I had them clean the ducts and they did so good. They also installed Water heater in a quick time frame as our older one had started leaking. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.

We have our washer and dryer stacked in our garage. It has been very difficult and time consuming to properly clean the dryer vent every year and then feel that 100% removal was completed. Schebler had all the correct equipment and finished in 1 hour from start to finish. Schebler has made us feel safe.

I got two estimates as I wanted Carrier. I went with this company after meeting with Rob in May of 2022. His customer service skills sold me. My install was scheduled for October. I called ahead of time to find out Rob was gone. New sales person was not sure of my install date or anything about it. He did get back with me and the install went great. 2 installer did my furnace, AC and thermostat in about 6 hours. I did not really get educated on the thermostat and I called to talk to the new sales person as suggested for help. I left him a message he never did call me back. I figured it out online and actually I am winging it. So far so good.

I have the benefit of inside knowledge. I used to work for Iowa-Illinois Gas & Electric Company. They always used the best contractors themselves. The Schebler Company was their choice for Heating and Air Condioning work. So I chose them as my contractor. In the 42 years I have used them they always exceed my expectations. I highly recommend them!
