Called and received a quick response to my furnace going out. Furnace was replaced in a reasonable time (holiday weekend). Chris, Tony, and Steve are very knowledgeable and professional.

I came home from vacation to a house sitting at 85F on a Saturday afternoon. Called their 24-hr service and Steve came over to fix it within an hour. Diagnosed problem over the phone, brought a part they had in their shop; they fixed it right up and my family didn't have to sit in a hot house over the weekend!

They owners are great. They explained everything. I'm going to have them put in a new central air this spring.

Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I will be using Bornhoeft for now on for ac/heating services.
