My central AC quit on Saturday. Knowing there was nothing I could do that evening, I started looking up info about HVAC places in my area. Four Winds was one, of 4 that popped up, so I messaged them for a quote first thing the next morning. (I assumed I would not hear back until Monday, since it was a weekend) Within 30 minutes someone called me to see what my unit was doing. They offered to come out that day, even though it was Sunday AND Father’s Day. I assured them I could wait until Monday, and they let me know someone would call me to set up a time to come the next day. . By 8:30 Monday morning, I received a call letting me know they would send a technician that afternoon. I received another call when the person was on their way to my house and also received a text with the name of my technician and his experience. James, was my technician. He was professional, very thorough, and had my central air back on within 30 minutes. We were back to cool and comfortable before noon! I am amazed and quite thankful!

Side note: Only one of the other 3 places ever responded, and that wasn’t until after the repair had already been made.

James, Garrett and Chris did a fantastic job installing our new Carrier Infinity heat pump and furnace. Everything was done carefully and they cleaned up when done. James took a lot of time helping us choose the right system and answered all our questions. He also came out just prior to installation to go over the process and on the day of installation to make sure everything was completed

We woke up this morning to a broken A/C. Called Four Winds and was very pleased that they could be out within a few hours. James arrived as scheduled and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 10 minutes. We would recommend Four Winds to anyone looking for a new service or maintenance! Extremely pleased!

Let me start with James Bidwell, he was here promptly on an extremely hot day as our ac decided to stop working He worked with us to get a new system that fit our budget also to get it installed quickly. Installer Kenny Moore was on time, very polite also took all the time an older couple needed to understand how system worked. He cleaned up so well we could not tell a new furnace/ac.had been installed. We will most certainly let others know about this wonderful service and the cool air we now enjoy THANK YOU!!!!!

James was able to diagnose our problem with our central air unit right away within 5 minutes of looking at the unit. He was professional with great communication. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Four Winds was responsive and got us in right away. Highly recommend Four Winds and James as your technician!

Great service! Our gas valve on our boiler went out and it was getting cold in our house quick. Tech was at our house within just a few hours and had us up and running that same day. They were extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. Would highly recommend

Four Winds has been a blessing. My husband and I just built a house and they were so thorough with the start of the quote to the end of the project.
