These folk were one of the most upfront and honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure to hire. I wanted an AC Install, but after seeing their pricing on single, let alone multi-unit installations, I was very pleased with the services they offered.

The value came from how fast and high-quality their job was. They went the extra mile when they discovered a whole nest in my chimney and adapted to it so quickly! You can tell they have plenty of knowledge in their roles and know what to do if something isn't right.

They could have avoided letting me know about my chimney's problems and left me in the dust, but they truly could have saved me and my family's lives by going the extra mile to fix it. They also recommended me with their network of contractors to do the job right.

Titan serviced by A/C and showed me a detailed report of the status of my equipment. They showed up on time and didn't rush through the process. I felt like they were thorough and had a honest review while not trying to sell me on something I didn't need yet.

Cullen & his team worked to fix my strange furnace issue even when they couldn't pinpoint what the problem was. They accomplished this by talking to vendors & other resources and kept me updated on their progress along the way. Would highly recommend.

They came in a crunch..trying to beat the storm this year right before Christmas 2023..my furnace went out..They were awesome, coming out the same day I called in. He explained everything and was very understanding that my time was just as valuable as his was. I will definitely use Titan in the future for maintenance and repair. Just the feeling I got from my technician made me trust in his ability.Great company

My heat went out when the weather was below zero with wind chills. Titan came out almost immediately and had me up and running really quickly. I was impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism as well as their kindness. I will be using their services from now on!

Titan Mechanical Services LLC was called out to replace an existing unit that was installed by the previous company. This is a newly constructed high end apartment building, not even two years old. Titan Mechanical removed and replaced the existing unit. While replacing the new unit they discovered the actual issue, that no one else could find. The owner of Titan Mechanical Services didn't think twice about coming out on Christmas Eve, in the freezing cold, and correcting the issue from the previous company. I have been in the High End Commercial Construction Industry for 30 plus years, so I can state my opinion. These guys are Top notch! They are the kind of people, you can hand over your keys, go about your business, come home to the issue fixed, messes cleaned up, like no one was there to begin with. I highly recommend Titan Mechanical Services, LLC. Make sure you have the correct "Titan Mechanical Services". I'm sure there are a lot of great companies, but give them a chance, you will be 100% Satisfied! Great Job!

I called Titan after a bad experience with another company.

Leadership Starts at the top: I spoke directly with Titan's owner, Cullen. I explained that after purchasing a new unit, a previous company could not get it installed correctly. I had no AC for a month. Cullen said that even though their schedule was full, he promised to send someone out within 2 hrs. Within minutes, I received a text message saying the tech was on his way.

Knowledge, Experience- Dan arrived and systematically tested every step of the previous companies failed installation. His trouble-shooting diagnosed three specific problems: incorrect wiring, a burned out transformer and the wrong thermostat. Dan assured us he would get things right.

Customer Service: I recommend Titan Mechanical Services because their integrity and customer focus, their problem-solving skills and effective execution of work. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I trust them.

It’s -7° outside, and 8:00 PM the day before Christmas Eve, our furnace couldn’t keep up, and had formed a puddle around it. We called Titan Mechanical Services, and they were out within an hour. They had us up and running again quickly. Their emergency service charge was very reasonable.

My husband and I have used Titan Mechanical for several jobs in the past year at our home. Titan has been extremely friendly and professional during our dealings. Cullen and Dan have installed an A/C and heating system, a ductless unit and 2 water heaters for myself and my parent’s home and have been honest, upfront with costs and happily answers all of our questions. I especially appreciate their excellent communication with me regarding arrival time and estimates through either email and/or text. . I highly recommend Titan Mechanical and plan on using them again for my new A/C and furnace in the near future.
