George with Harlan Heating & Cooling was very nice and professional. I had a different heating and cooling company in the day before, they didn't want to help me since my system is older. They did give me a quote but all they wanted was to sell me a new system. Harlan Heating & Cooling fixed my air for Half of the quote from the other company.
He responded within an hour of me leaving a message late in the day. He scheduled for first time slot the next morning and was on time. He took the time to explain things and showed me how be more efficient with my vents and returns. He was never condescending, I'm a woman with many questions and he explained everything expertly.
I will call Harlan Heating & Cooling for all my needs including regular maintenance.

I want to highly recommend George when you need HVAC service. Our air conditioner wasn't working and the weather forecast for the week was for 90 degrees most days, so prompt service was important. A call was made in the morning and shortly after we were greeted with a very friendly, knowledgeable technician who knew what was needed, got the job done efficiently and all at a very fair price. So reassuring to know an honest dependable technician is available to service our heating and cooling.

George has been coming to my home to service our HVAC units for nearly a decade. He is on time, polite, very reasonably priced and has never once been condescending. George has gone above and beyond for us. The first time we met him, we were in a rough spot. Our daughter, a micro-preemie, had just come home from the NICU when our furnace went out. Concerned by the prediction of dropping temperatures that night, George sourced the part we needed, drove almost an hour each way to get the part and then worked significantly after hours to install and fix our furnace. Over the years, I’ve referred George to a number of people including my dad who is former military. Somehow George figured this out and has extended his hand in gratitude to my dad every time he has been to his house to thank him for his service since. George is a skilled professional and a person with integrity.

George just installed a new ac at a rental property i have. He has been my HVAC guy for years and i'm finally getting around to properly thanking him for all his great work. I had an ac unit go out and within a day he was there fixing it. He'll always let you know exactly what is wrong and always a very accurate estimate of costs to fix the problem. This last fix he was able to reuse a part and knocked 200$ of the costs. There is no way i would have known he reused a part and saved the cost. He's the most honest guy i've ever dealt with in the service industry. He has repaired my home furnace twice in the past decade. i first met him when he came out for the original repair. I was told by a different company i needed a new furnace unit. George put a 400$ part in it and ten years later that thing is still pumping away. Needed a fan or something a couple years ago. I called him and he was there the next day; ordered a part and picked it up same day it was done. Great guy.. thanks George

Harlan Heating and Cooling did an amazing job for me. I have used their services 3 times now. George is always helpful and professional. He always explains the charges before hand and let's me know what things will cost. I will definitely use them again in the future when I need work done.

Update- George this is not about the warranty it was your rude demeanor as soon as you came in! Maybe check your tone at the door! BTW George, this is not the homeowner. This is the mother of the homeowner who heard how you spoke to her! Funny how a couple other women had the same experience with you. Rude, Rude, Rude! Maybe you have an issue with women! ????

George is the most disrespectful rude technician I have ever met! He is condescending and patronizing! Save your money and call someone else! Unless you like someone with that kind of attitude and service mentality! American Home Shield didn’t cover the issue under warranty. So that means we would have to pay to have a new furnace. Good service would have landed you that job! My advice, come in with a pleasant attitude and a little empathy for the young lady who is a first time homeowner. It’s unacceptable to make someone cry with your words. Try helping and educating consumers not belittle them. Unfortunately, I don’t think you even care since your attitude is so bad!

I am proud to say and very grateful for George from Harlan heating and cooling . I have been using his services since I moved in my home for several years and he is pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, fair and honest. He comes promptly and explains everything in detail and even shares pointers to help keep things running smoothly. I trust him 💯 he cares and it shows in his attitude and work! I highly recommend Harlan heating and cooling. If you want someone to be honest, respectful, caring and do a thorough job without ripping you off then this is the company for you. As the Owner of a Service Business Myself. I am so Happy I called Harlan Heating. Our AC went out on Saturday night. And George Had us up and running By Noon on Sunday. Every time the AC Comes on I say thank you George. Especially when it’s going to be Near 90 all this week. Superb business and Thank Goodness he Gad all or the Parts that were needed to fix our Problem.

Harlan has done great work for me over the past four years. George is very professional and personable. He has done my yearly maintenance. I’ve also needed him to repair one of my AC units and two of my furnaces during this time. He has done a great job keeping some older units operational. When it’s eventually time to replace them, Harlan will be my first and only call.
