They came out and diagnosed my furnace and installed a new on the same day for a great price. Extremely knowledgeable and polite. I cannot recommend them enough. Rachel, the office admin, was the kindest person on the phone and handled the call with professionalism even though I was stressed out because of my furnace not working. We were pushed into using AiryTime by our home warranty company. Initially an ok experience with the tech, but the charge for replacing one pound of coolant was much higher than expected ($478). I paid, as I was told by the tech that it was industry standard. In following up with our previous service company, they were stunned the price was so high.
We followed up with Airy Time, asking why it was so much and that we would appreciate a price match to their competitors and they initially refused, then flipped and told us they would refund our total, but we were no longer allowed to be customers with them, yelled at my wife and then hung up on us.
Now, less than twelve hours later we are getting inundated with calls, emails, and texts from various home project sites, insurance quotes, etc under a misspelled version of my wife's name for replacements for our HVAC system and other projects. They are also not answering calls from either my wife or I. They are changing the password when we try and log in to stop the projects, etc. They are currently, actively messing with the Angi account they created in my wife's name.
Every other company we've talked to (and we've now talked to a lot of them thanks to their harassment) states they would charge from $75-150 for the same service. Additionally, our cooler still is not working, with the problem they came out to fix still present!
Update: We've now had another company out who found that the refrigerant was never the problem, there was a shorted sequencer causing our heating element to come on at the same time. It was diagnosed over the phone and fixed within a half hour of the tech being here. Airy Time never even realized what the true problem was.

Our old one went out within like 2 days of buying the house (whomp whomp) they were the only one who offered a temp AC replacement for our sons room which was the main reason we went with them. Was assigned Airy Time through home warranty. We called begging for an expedited emergency service for broken AC with 90 degree temps incoming. Health issues prevent us from staying somewhere else and we were desperate. Within an hour the owner personally showed up, diagnosed, went to buy a part nearby and installed. They could not have been faster, more professional or more effective. I will not work with anyone else ever again!

I think he needs to wear a better mustache. And I felt inferior by the technician because his shirt was too tight. Muscles that big should not see Lycra. But aside from that, he was really cool.
I realized that I need to work on my bench, so I changed my review to 5 stars.
