He saved me from from freezing! I have a home warranty company that wouldn’t send anyone out before Monday. It’s Saturday and I’m freezing! The owner came and took care of the issue on a Saturday. I was impressed with Troy and Airy Time heating and cooling. My old heating unit broke this fall. Troy took extra time and care and worked hard to find and install a brand new unit in time to fix my problem. I highly recommend Airy Time and am looking forward to their expert service in the future.

It was a weekend air conditioning issue but they were easy to schedule and came out the next morning with out any issues. Daryl was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing. He made sure to explain step by step what the issue was and how to solve it and told me a price as he went so there was no "sticker shock" at the end. It was very reasonably priced and our problem was solved with in an hour of him being here. Highly recommend this company

We bought our home 2 months ago and had an emergency AC leak at 10 pm the other night. After speaking with Rachel on the phone briefly, Daryl came out the next day to investigate. We were hoping it was a quick, easy fix but unfortunately the unit ended up being completely rusted on the inside, the outside unit didn't match the inside unit and it was very poorly built. We were, understandably, upset about the discovery as we were told by the inspector it was perfectly fine.
Daryl helped us get options that would work the best for our budget, size of our home and efficiency. Before he left, Daryl patched up our unit so that it would work until they could come out with the new one, since the day was estimated to be over 90 degrees.
A DAY AND A HALF LATER they are here installing a new HVAC unit and walking us through everything that will make our home (and energy bill) so much better! I'm beyond thrilled! Highly recommend these honest, hard working individuals!

Awesome people to work with,I had an issue with the heating system which is 7 years old and is now fixed by Airy time only in 15 minutes before them I called Mr quick who gave us the estimate $4799 for repairs & advise us to get the new Ac & Heating system from them on monthly installments for $249.99/month.My appliances insurance send the guy from Jackson contractor Services which was so greedy & awful,he visited & charged us $45 without even having a look at the heating system & said another technician will come tomorrow but nobody showed up for 2 weeks.Finally my insurance assigned Airy time heating & cooling,who fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes,honest people.Definitely recommended.Really appreciate the honesty.100% go with them in future.
