Airy Time Heating & Cooling

After requesting a second opinion from my home warranty company they contracted Airy Time. Daryl as my technician was very knowledgeable and informative about what was wrong with my Air Conditioning unit, and even went above and beyond what is expected from any technician to explain in detail the problems, which brought to light some good ideas for some energy savings and future energy saving update options as well. Glad I asked for a second opinion as it looks like Airy Times procedures seem to involve better in depth troubleshooting, and the end result being less costly, and the A/C was fixed expeditiously. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech than Daryl. I will definitely be contacting Airy Times when it’s time to replace my heating and cooling unit in the future!!

We used Airy Time through our home warranty service the fan in the a/c unit out side was making noise and the blower motor fan was squealing . Daryl was here at 8:20am on time and very polite. I have a big dog that looks mean but is just excited and he was very good with him. He explained everything he was doing and did suggestions the maintenance plan. I know we needed it and was only $99.00. A local company wanted $400 to just clean the outside unit. I would recommend this company anytime!!!

After 5pm in a heat wave —our AC broke. I called Airy Time and within 15 minutes of the service request, Daniel arrived and began troubleshooting and attempted repairs. He fixed a leak, replaced coolant, cleaned out the unit and discovered a relay needing replaced. He offered two options: 1) to get the part from a closed shop, out of town and repair that night (for an additional fee) or, 2) Daniel offered to bring out an window/floor ac unit to cool us off until the part could be brought in first thing the next morning. We chose option 2.—- just as promised the technician arrived timely and replaced the part within 30 minutes. Excellent service! 10/10 would recommend.

Buddy was excellent I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's needing work on their HVAC system he was very polite he took time to explain everything and I just really appreciated the service.

Daniel was fast in his response to our heat being out. We did not expect such prompt service considering we are currently in a RED travel advisory from the huge snow storm. He was professional, informative, and honest. He was able and willing to answer any questions we had. We could have gone with any company, but I am so thankful we went with Daniel at Airy Time. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors.
