This company is excellent! The guys came out and put in an ac and furnace. They were on time and was very professional. They came in and got the job done and we are very happy. Daniel showed us everything they had done and gave us plenty of pointers for our new units. Their prices were good and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We will be calling them for any service that we might need and they provide, and telling everyone about their services. If you are needing ac repair done by a trustworthy and professional company, they are the ones to call!

Be aware, this company has a strict policy and will not work on your AC Unit if the home owner is not present. Even if it is during the workday, and the home owner is at work and has ensured a person is at home with explicit authorization to approve the work. If you live out of state/country and have a property manager, choose another company. Do not waste your time with Airy Time.

I have used this company twice and both times have been fantastic! They came quicker than I ever thought possible both technicians were extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they gave me real world expectations of their repairs and real world prices that were not inflated by add-ons. I won't even think about calling a different company for all of my future HVAC needs.

I had concerns about the service call which was under a home warranty. The owner called me back and I am now very reassured about the service provided and another visit has been scheduled for additional necessary maintenance. Went above and beyond to repair a defective HVAC blower motor while my useless home warranty company caused delay after delay as temperatures rose into the mid 90s.

The technician Jake came to my home twice, he fixed the issue quickly and was courteous both times, but could sense that I was not particularly happy with having to pay another service charge. Without me knowing, he contacted the owner who called me and was very gracious with wanting me to be satisfied. I appreciate very much their proactive response.
