We were in need to replace our AC/furnace. Troy and Daniel were very friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. They were able to come for the consult and then come back to install within a week. We felt the changes in air quality immediately after they left. They were knowledgeable and have the clients best interest at heart. Airy Time has exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

OMG it’s going to be 92 degrees tomorrow and our AC went out! I called Airy Time and they didn’t have an appointment but they scheduled me in between calls! Troy came out and he was extremely efficient and super pleasant! He saw that a part was fried and he actually had a replacement in his truck!! Troy was our technician, that work on our furnace. He reached out prior to his expected arrival to notify us. He was on time and very courteous. He's was knowledgeable, explained the situation, and gave advice to keep the unit more efficient. I would definitely recommend him and the Airy Time Heating and Cooling. Also their customer service team was excellent. They kept us informed, they emailed, texted, and called. That's REALLY customer service!!!

We called Airy Time after getting a suspicious quote from a large commercial HVAC, electric, and plumbing company after asking for a AC tune up for the summer. Airy Time had previously done a furnace tune up for us in the winter and we remembered how easy and professional they were to work with. They serviced our AC and gave us a much more honest and clear quote for what would need to be done for our old AC system. We ran into some unexpected issues when we decided to go ahead and replace our AC system. Home maintenance issues are never easy or cheap, but Airy Time made it much less stressful and difficult and were great to work with. They have our business going forward and we would highly recommend them to anyone in their service area. So far, our AC has ran much better and our house has been cooler on the hottest days this spring.

Airy Time was assigned via home warranty and was VERY responsive, and I had high hopes for them. Unfortunately, due to lack of research, Airy Time labelled the issue a manufacturer defect. This caused my claim to be denied. Airy Time attempted to sell me a $12,000 replacement system.
I researched the issue by contacting the manufacturer and reading through legal documents. Upon confirming there was no manufacturer's defect, I contacted Airy Time to update their diagnosis. Airy Time informed me minutes later everything was approved and an appointment was scheduled.
Nobody showed during the appointment time, and when I called to find out why, I was told the claim was again denied due to manufacturers defect. The home warranty company called Airy Time to validate the diagnosis, and Airy Time refused to answer the phone (despite being available to text me). Airy Time refused to address any of the concerns other than to say they'd contact a different department, and I simply had to wait, instead of confirming our agreement while I was on the phone.
The only logical explanation is Airy Time decided to stop helping me in order to fleece me out of a $12,000 installation. Never going to do business with them.
