Excellent service. They still answer their phones when you call and follow thru with promised service schedules. Jason did a great furnace repair. Very polite and courteous and left the area clean when finished. I highly recommend T&T.

Had a vent pipe relocated. Tech gave me a call 1/2 hour before arrival, performed repair in the projected time, and tested repair when done. Sent me photos of repair with invoice. Cleaned up his work area, too. Professional job.

Tech was very professional, communicated well, showed up when he said would, diagnosed our problem quickly, and is following up with our unit's manufacturer for warranty work.

The technician was prompt and very courteous. He evaluated the problem and had my garbage disposal working well. He also told me how to clear it if it gets clogged again before calling them.
