Sump pump went out, and more rain was on the way. Called T & T, and within 3 hours, pump was replaced. Workmanship was excellent, installer was friendly and professional... hard to find these days. Quickest appointment available from other plumbers was 3 days. I'll use T & T from now on.

They charged an emergency call of 180.00 on a Monday in the afternoon. Then try to sell an upgrade. Not good business.

The price was much higher than estimated by the office. Worse than that they did NOT even do all the work that I told their office I needed to have done! So they added 25% more to my cost, and only did a little over 60% of the work I told then I needed to have done! The other 40% of the work I needed to have done... THEY don't even offer that service through their company!!! Personally I see this as very unprofessional business practices, bordering on fraudulent business practices!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!

Did a very good job with installing and cleaning up. 2 days and that is what they said.

I called to get my furnace cleaned out, had a guy come out that Monday! He called me prior to his arrival (which I highly appreciate) and he was on time. He was super nice & did a good job, he even replaced my flame sensor while he was out here. I will definitely be recommend this place!!!

On time, knowledgeable and totally up front on cost of project. Fixed problem quickly and cleaned up mess.

I just had a minor issue but I had no clue how ti fix it since my late husband had always taken care of before.

I've worked with T&T on Trane furnace and AO Smith water heater replacements several years ago. Always professional & on time. I trust them for ongoing maintenance in the future.

Tech came to diagnose and possibly fix a water heater that the pilot wouldn’t stay lite. Upon arrival tech said it was about a 20 year old system and he had no parts. Tech looked at the heater and “attempted to clean” the sensor area that keeps the thing working. After 20 minutes he determined the best solution was to purchase a new unit. After I declined and asked was he sure he cleaned it properly he then said he could order new parts for roughly $550 and schedule another appointment to have them installed. Tech also quoted me some installation prices and suggested some new units we could purchase. I paid $307 which $129 of that was considered an emergency. I received a call back from another person I had left a message with and he was confident he’d get the unit working. He came and within an hour and a half he diagnosed, serviced and ordered the replacement part. I paid $130 and for the ordered party and I have a working water heater. This tech out zero effort into his work and it’s sad that I had to pay this much nothing!
