Jonathan and his apprentice were wonderful! They came out to inspect our furnace, and he mentioned the AC was constantly running, which it was. He said they had time to inspect it if I wanted. There was no pushing involved. Since we recently moved into our home I decided best to have both checked out. Fair pricing and great service with personable employees! Will definitely use them in the future!

Gave me a quote of $16,200 for the replumbing of my house, other 5 quotes were between $3500-$7200. Don't know how or why their prices were so high, but got the job done for $4500 with new electric water heater converted fro gas! I wouldn't recommend them based on just initial vibes and outrageous price...

TNT is AMAZING!! My air conditioner went out and Mitch (manager) and Scott (technician) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I hired 3 plumbers to fix a leak. First on charged almost $100, and slapped silicone around the faucet... Which was not the issue, and fixed Nothing!

2nd one cut a hole in the water damaged ceiling and said "no leak" and charged almost $80... So I took a video of the leak and called him about a week later. He said "must be a crack in tub" and gave me a quote for about $4k... and said he would be cutting drywall- and wouldn't repair that. So repair to drywall around the tub and downstairs ceiling would be more $$$. I told him I thought it was the overflow drain leaking- as it only leaked if water went into the overflow. He ignored me. No further response.

So I hired this plumber (t&t) to come out. Explained my theory on the overflow drain.... they actually listened to me. They checked and sure enough- I was correct! They replaced the gasket that was bad. cost less than $130 with house call, parts and labor. I definitely recommend them and WILL use them in the future.

Had a great experience with T&T! Max and Scott were the technicians who came out, and they were very friendly and efficient. My new furnace was installed in just a few hours and has so far worked perfectly.

They were awesome and reasonably priced. Clogged toilet in a 1 bathroom cabin in Shipshewana, outside their service area. Spoke to Christine who was awesome also. She took her time with me setting up an appointment, even though I'm outside their area, she got it approved for the same day. Their tech called me and told me he will be here in an hour, and he was!! Took care of the problem I battled for hours in just a few minutes. I would definitely use them again. I think every business should have someone like Christine answering their phones, after all, that's where the experience starts. 5 stars!!!!
