My sump pump was making a loud water hammer that shook the house. T&T was able to come right away and replace the check valve. It is so quiet now; I can’t hear it at all. Service was a little pricier than I expected, but they got it right.

Although I needed a complete replacement on my water heater the serviceman was professional and pleasant to work with. Had no hot water and was able to get work done within 2 days of initial estimate. Gave me all informatio needed of what the issue was to make an accurate decision. Pricing very reasonable and included the labor/service call. Thank You!

Excellent/prompt/fast service. Service rep, Joel, was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Answered all my questions and gave me knowledge of how to understand what his service entailed. Bought service package at his encouragement but "not pressure". Made sense to me. I have dealt with T&T for many years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work and the "home town" attitude!

Joel is always awesome and takes the time to do the job right. We appreciate their efforts in regards to our account as it is sometimes a challenging one considering how we use our hvac.

My Husband & I bought a 100 year old farmhouse and I’ve called T&T for every little hiccup that we encounter that we cannot take care of ourselves. Each time they show up, their employees are so friendly and helpful. I have no problem getting a technician out quickly, often on the same day j place the call! The lady at the front desk who I call to pay my bill over the phone with is always so friendly!

I’ve never had service done, or a quote given for service that I’ve felt was outrageous. They have very fiat prices. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The employees called to give us an ETA on their arrival and arrived exactly when they said. They were courteous of our house and extremely professional. They were able to trouble shoot and fix the problem with our water heater fast. Thank you!!!!
