T & T Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning & Geothermal

I had been without a/c for 2 days and T&T got me right on their schedule. The tech called ahead and showed up early. Very nice and courteous and immediately diagnosed the issue. Lucky for me he had everything needed on his truck! He had it up and running with a few suggestions to help me maintain it. Less than an hour and I am sitting in a cool house!! Thank you!! Will not hesitate to call again if needed!!!

The young men who installed the heating/ air conditioning unit were absolutely fantastic! They were professional and courteous!
It did not take long before it was installed, area cleaned and finished. They even did us a big favor and drilled a hole for our satellite to come through the wall!! I cannot say enough good things about the service we received! Thank you so much !

Jim came out and gave a very competitive and reasonable quote to install a new AC unit. He went above and beyond to get our business. The install went very smooth and they were on time and fast. Would recommend to everyone.

Kevin came out to fix a leak in what we though was the sump pump. He quickly corrected us and advised us to replace the check valve on our sewer line. He had the part on his truck and very quickly had it replaced with a much quieter valve that has stopped the small leak. Kevin went above and beyond. He was nothing but professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. He was very kind to all the pets in the house and even let us know about a few other issues in the utility room. Outstanding service Kevin!

Exceptionally knowledgeable and capable service technicians. Techs take time to provide effective feedback. I've had the opportunity to utilize T&T several times over the last couple of years and still am impressed with the outcomes.

T and T was recommended to us by a friend when we were having an issue with a furnace in one of our residences. They came the same day we called them and advised us that we needed a new furnace. They were there the next day and installed a new furnace at a total cost which was much lower than their closest competitor. This week we had an issue with another furnace on one of our other properties. I thought we might have to get another new one, but after they diagnosed the problem they were able to fix it. They could have just as easily told us we needed a new one, so I really appreciate their honesty as the repair was a fraction of he cost of a new one. We are a men's halfway house in Fort Wayne, so we operate on a shoestring budget. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Professional, courteous, and punctual. The plumber. Matt, arrived just one hour after my emergency call, and the business is not even that close to my house(He lived 55 minutes away per google). The emergency rates were very reasonable, and the quality of the work appears exceptional.
