Needed to have my heater replacement they came in it was quick easy professional and they gave me a fair price. Next year my AC went out and needed to be replaced they gave me the same price as if I had done it together and it blows ice cold and has been warm all winter. Honest friendly service company.

I used to work at Crain and know them well! I eventually moved on to a different trade (plumbing). When my furnace melted down, I did not hesitate calling them. Danny and Phillip run a super professional team and I would not recommend anyone else! (I submitted this thru a gmail they had set up for me) GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND WORK FOR!

We had been without heat for several days. Our hvac system is only 2 yrs old. The contractor that our home warranty company sent came to our home twice replacing parts each time only for the heat to stop working hours after each visit. I was completely frustrated and decided to call the company that installed our unit. Philip showed up and saved the day! He found the issue, fixed it, and even stayed around to make sure it was good to go. Thank you Philip and Crain!!!

Crain is top notch and competitive relative to costs, promptness, quality of installation, detail and clean up. The installation of our 19-year old heat pump and air handler resulted in a well coordinated and detailed effort. It all started with Danny providing several solution offerings, then Phillip and crew onsite to install our selection. These guys showed up extra early and knocked it out of the ball park. Kudo's to Crain for setting the bar high!

However there was a miscommunication and the other company was unable to keep the appointment on our scheduled day, AND they were unable to get me scheduled for another two or three weeks. I get that...everyone needs their A/C serviced right now, but I couldn’t wait any longer.
