I was really impressed with the expertise of the technicians and the customer service. Another company had made 4 trips and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Roy Rogers got our furnace working at a price below the other company’s estimate. We bought the service agreement because we will have them take care of everything from now on. I wish I had found them years ago!

They diagnosed my furnace on a Sunday morning and due to it being 18 years old I decided to replace my entire system. They were able to be there Monday morning with all the equipment and had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed by the end of the day.
The team worked very efficiently and treated my house like it was their own. They left the work area cleaner than they found it and walked me through every detail of the new system.
I highly recommend Roy Rogers Heating and Air if your looking for a company that will treat you like your family.

Our furnace went out just before Christmas during the night. We called their company about 6:30 and they were here within an hour. Dustin was very quick to diagnose the problem and give us our options. We opted at that time to just repair it knowing that our unit was 22 years old and on its last leg. Last week we had another part go bad and Roy came out first thing on a Sunday morning. He got us up and running but a new furnace was needed. The install was today and we couldn’t be happier. They were here mid morning and were completely done by 4 pm. I would recommend this company to anyone that has heating or cooling needs. They are honest, personable and not pushy at all. Roy himself came out when my furnace went out. Straight up, professional, accurate and trustworthy. If anyone knows me, I do my research. I would recommend Roy Rogers and his team of professionals if you have any HVAC needs. He is the real deal.

We were THRILLED with our service from Roy Rogers. Our furnace had gone out the night before during a snowstorm and the first company we had out couldn’t fix the issue. RR came within a couple hours and promptly fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Our Tech Nikita was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Roy’s honesty saved me well over $7,000 in what two other AC repair companies had labeled a “necessary replacement.” His thoroughness revealed the easily repaired problem with my existing system and within an hour and a half my system was repaired and fully operational. I will never hire anyone other than Roy ever again.

What an honest and positive experience working with the Roy Rogers team! This was the third quote I was asking about on a coil replacement in my system (on a Friday afternoon, no less - they came right away!). The first two quotes were from larger companies. Roy Rogers explained why they were over-selling me, offered a reasonable alternative, showed me the evidence for their explanation, and was very prompt with their visit and repair. Great folks working at this company - honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They will have my business for a long time!

Called around 10 companies and could only get 3 (before Roy Rogers) to respond on Christmas Day. The first one didn’t want to come out, the second wanted $200 for the service call, and the third took hours to respond. I thankfully came across Roy Rogers Heating and Air online. As soon as I contacted them, Dustin text us not a minute later. He came out 45 min later and everything was fixed in under an hour. We were so thankful as we didn’t have heat most of the day. Dustin was very professional and thorough. He went through his diagnosis and explained how he fixed it. This company stands behind their work 100% and does not charge the rest of the season if you have more issues. They have hands down earned our business from now on. I’m happy to support a local business who cares about their customers regardless of time/day of week. They truly will come out 24/7 including holidays.
