They came out and looked at my AC over a week ago. They were supposed to send the photos to my warranty company. And they’ve ignored me and my warranty company for 9 days. Super unprofessional. Not even sure why they’ve done this. It’s 90 degrees in my house, and they literally don’t care. It’s really sad. Because at this point all they did was waste my time when I could’ve had someone else come and fix my AC unit.
Great work installing furnace and converting to gas. Had some checkups and small things since that they have been super responsive and fair in helping with. Highly recommended!
These guys fixed a repair from bad work of another company. They were on time professional and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Will definitely use again.
FANTASTIC customer service! PROFESSIONAL throughout the process (uniform was questionable though lol)! UNDERSTANDING and SUPPORTIVE! ACCOMODATING! Got connected through my home warranty company AHS. It was an emergency situation where my A/C unit went out, temps in the home reached the 90s and I have a small baby. I explained the situation and the earliest they could get me was a few days later which was still faster than the 2 other companies I spoke with previously. The guy on the phone (I wish I remembered his name) told me that if someone cancelled or a job finished sooner that he would keep me in mind. I called in the next day just to check...and he said I might be able to get me in. He called me a couple hours later and said I got an opening if you're available and they were able to squeeze me in! To me, this was nothing short of amazing because they honored their word and didn't have to accommodate. I really appreciate this team for working this out. To add, they identified the problem and had the unit working again in less than 30 mins. And I think the unit is working better than it was before they worked their magic!!!
During a time where availability of all goods and services are tight, service is subpar, and people just dont care like they used to, these guys cared enough to follow up and follow through and provided and quick and quality service. No hassle, all hustle. I would recommend Butler M-K for any one looking for a good HVAC team/service.
Gabe was so helpful and willing to make sure my experience was great. There was something wrong with my heating and thermostat and I was assigned Butler M-K through my home warranty program and was worried because of some negative reviews. I have no idea who could complain. They were responsive, prompt, and professional. They even offered to come back and explain my thermostat for me when I messed things up again. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in the area. Give small business a chance!

The first technician that came out, Dean, did not look at my furnace, open it up, check coils, etc. he just went to the backyard and looked at the outside AC. He misdiagnosed the issue and replaced a $10-20 part then left! After using my AC two more times, it was back to blowing out hot air. The company then sent out a second technician who stated I had a severe leak, overpriced me on Freon, and refused to fix the leak because “he didn’t have all day”. He left and said he could come back in the Spring!! This is October! Later, when my home warranty company called Butler Heating and Cooling, Nate falsely stated that I refused Freon at that time.
Thankfully, my home warranty company is allowing me to use a different vendor. I would never recommend this awfully run, and terribly unprofessional company to anyone in the Indy area. I was able to get a new vendor out, and they checked everything, were respectful, and outshined Butler Hearing and Air.
Professional technician did the job on my heating system quickly by diagnose the correct problem supervisor Mr Dave is knowledgeable and other office person Mr Nate and his colleague is so kind.I will recommend them to family and friends.
Great company! Made a call and they were able to fit me in that day. The tech came and on time and got right to work. I was expecting to have to get a whole new unit as ours is old but they were able to fix it for a lot less then I was expecting to pay that day. He was straight forward and did a great job explaining thing to us. I will definitely be using this company again especially when. I need to replace my unit.
We had a/c issues early on in the summer after we bought our new house. All the previous maintenance men that checked up from Sears were absolutely terrible. They took 5 minutes, couldn't figure it out and just left but still charged us. Rich on the other hand didn't stop until he found the problem, fixed it, then showed us what it was and what to do if it happened again. I think we just might be life long customers with this place all thanks to Rich.
This company was assigned by our Home Warranty company. The serviceman was grumpy but competent. They wanted to charge $775 over what the warranty would cover but refused to email me an estimate. I was just supposed to pay for their padding of the bill. I requested another more honest company to be assigned to my AC needs. Highly NOT recommended.
