Armor Air has been taking care of us since we bought our home in 2020. They came out right away and replaced our condemned HVAC system and have been our go to for any electrical, plumbing, HVAC needs!

They recently replaced our water heater and water softener. While their they made sure to have fun with our kids and gave them a coloring book.

They truly live their Motto (Do what’s right). My wife and I will not go anywhere else. We are lifelong customers.

Justin was super nice and helpful but most importantly honest. He told me what problems to look out for in the future and also took time to clean some parts that had a lot of buildup. Justin was awesome!

Called for an A/C check on 5/10. Initial service call was good. Tech showed up around 8pm and determined fan motor on condenser was bad. Told me he would check with supply house first thing in the morning when they opened at 8. Quoted $425(just labor) if under warranty and $1025 if not under warranty. $600 for $115 fan motor is quite a mark up. So anyways, never heard anything from anyone next morning and called at 11:30. Office said tech didn’t have any notes and she would check with him. I called back at 1:30 and they were waiting to hear back if supply house had motor in stock. Called back again at 3:30 and we’re told we would receive a call once they had the fan motor. Guess what? That has now been 16 days ago and have not heard a word since our last contact to Armor Air. Called another company and in a total of literally 10 minutes I explained the situation, they called their supplier, and returned a phone call to me letting me know they can get the fan motor. Quoted me $275.00 to replace the fan motor which was under warranty. Very poor communication from Armor Air. I wouldn’t trust their follow up or pricing at this point.
