Their entire staff from the front office and each individual technician that has ever performed any maintenance or service over the years has gone above and beyond expectation. All friendly, professional and take time to explain the tasks performed and offer helpful suggestions as well!
We have recommended Armor Air to so many friends and family and will continue to do so with good conscience.

They were excellent!!! 5 out of 5! Very polite, clean, even helped carried my groceries upstairs! Showed me a video of my furnace and what they did. Very impressive!!!

Michael was courteous & professional. He thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my system & provided multiple options. He was able to fix my furnace at a very reasonable cost. Great company to have come look at your equipment! Especially their employee lance he came out to do a routine service on my equipment and not only did he do a great job but him knowing that I didn’t know much about the maintenance of the equipment. he went above and beyond to actually show me and explain stuff to me and the stuff I should look out for!

I used armor air for topping the refrigerant and checking for leaks. The technician who came, Tim, was supposed to come back after a week to check for leaks. But he didn't show up even after 2 weeks. So, I had to call them to send another tech. Justin did spend a good amount of time looking for leaks and was quite thorough. He recommended replacing the coil. The problem is ever since he left my AC does not cool enough during the day to maintain the temperature I set. I guess I may be calling them again if this problem continues.

Lance was on site repairing my air conditioning with 2 hours of my initial phone call. He identified the issue quickly and corrected the problem.

Armor Air - Tyler did a great job working on my furnace. I called them n they came out within 2 hours. It was a repair with multiple indicators and he was very knowledgeable. Tyler was patient and explained everything he was doing so I would understand. I would recommend this company and Tyler to all my friends n family or anyone needing HVAC service. I was so impressed with their service, I sighed up for their annual service plan. I am extremely satisfied with Tyler n Armor Air.

Absolutely amazing company! They’ve eased the frustration from my slumlord with their punctuality and professionalism. They called to scheduled for later that day sent a text confirmation and actually arrived early to access the damage and what was needed. Our furnace was out and we didn’t have heat for 3 day but they came the next day bright and early and we had heat before noon. Everyone was respectful from the agent on the phone to the technicians that came out. Great job guys I will definitely recommend in the future!

Nick, Jerome, and Jacob replaced our tankless water heater. They were all very professional, helpful, and did quality work. I've had great experiences with Armor Air and will continue to use their services.
