Called to replace toilet via Angi and asked if I can get an estimate for the job on Tuesday. Their staff said they do not offer phone estimates but booked a free quote for Saturday morning. Booked appointment and waited all week to learn the technician decided not to come but offered a free estimate by phone.

Seems deceptive so decided against using this company.

Terry did a full house inspection and suggested a replacement of our water heater and add a water softener. Terry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He put us under no pressure at all, and explained in great detail what his suggestions were. We highly recommend Terry to check out your plumbing needs.

They did a FANTASTIC job! Jerome Poole was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and profession. Explained everything; simple to understand. They were fast about coming. We had one company that couldn't make it until Wednesday and another until Friday but Armor Air came right away as we were without water since Saturday and have two disabled, elderly moms living with us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will always re-use their services when needed. Thank you very much and have a wonderful Holiday.

He explained the process and did a quick inspection of my mechanicals.

Our new nest was replaced by a Honeywell thermostat when my tenants called the technician to check on the hot air flow. Nest was 3 months old in the house and mostly had a wiring issue which could have been fixed in other ways is what I felt. The attached image was the error on the nest and the next thing I know is I am being charged $407 for the new thermostat installation saying the nest is not working!! Since it was during the winters I did not want my tenants suffer and I was also not present at the location, paid the bill. Technician was Lance Estes I think and not happy with the service.

Update: now the same issue is happening in the house where cold air is not blown. Waiting on armor air’s diagnosis after the visit. The technician this time told that it’s not the thermostat issue(armor air’s installed thermostat)
