We had an urgent call and they answered extremely quickly. Our service Technician Nick Barry was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and put up with two screaming toddlers. I hate home services normally but was extremely thankful for Nick and his quick ability to access and fix the situation.

HORRIBLE! 16 days in a new home and they can't get it fixed for 4 days. These people cannot solve problems. Only when I called for the 3rd time did they offer an undersized "cool spot." Why did they not offer this to start with when they knew it would be several days?!?!?! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Run away fast and don't use this company. (I marked "service no listed" because they haven't fixed anything yet)

The maintenance plan is amazing. It more than pays for itself. I love that they call when you’re due for your maintenance check up/time (depends on the plan, ours is biannually.) the service tech was on time, super friendly and super efficient.

the work and gave me the results. He was
very courteous, polite, professional and

Had a tech come to look at my system, literally spent 3 minutes looking at the outside unit and said the compressor was “locked “ up!
$4000 to replace. I checked the capacitor.and found it to be very weak.
Changed out for $125. No issues since.
I do not recommend.

I was able to work with Airtron on a bigger job that required a lot of communication, timing, and professionalism. Jerry, Adrian, Francisco, and Jerimiah were great to work with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and have proven beyond doubt they stand by their work.

My builder chose this company. Within six months of my moving into the new house, when I was out of the country there was a big water leak because the airtron guys didn’t know how to do the plumbing. It was such a pain replacing all the flooring and carpet even though it was covered under warranty by the builder. Within an year the cooling system broke because the TXV went bad. Airtron was kind enough to cover that under warranty too. Again within another year the TXV went bad again. Again they covered the cost. Each time this goes bad, even though they are kind to cover the costs, you still have to deal with sweaty summers of Indiana however long it takes for them to order and replace the part. Again when I was out of the country 6 months later my heating broke in the winter. This time the guy on the phone exploited my situation and convinced me into their annual plan because technician visit itself costs $110. With no option being out of the country I agreed. The heating failed because the previous technician who came to fix my TXV shut down my gas during the repair and never turned back on. Because I left the country end of September I never knew that was the case and in mid October I knew this. I internationally called immediately looking at the service notes to cancel the annual plan multiple times. Showed them my call logs too recently when they insisted this lady Pam on phone insisted I didn’t call. But because their phone agent from October didn’t document it they kept charging me until May without a follow up. I am just continuing to keep my annual plan because I already paid for half of it without using a single benefit. Oh I forgot to mention about this lady Pam who hung up on me when I was describing the whole situation and she kept insisting that they are flawless and made no mistakes. I have proofs that their work is not flawless and have shown them those too. Also don’t forget to see all the other one star reviews. Those 5 star reviews are mostly coming for technicians. Anyway this was my experience with this helpless company. You take whatever you want from it and make whatever decisions you want to make.

Absolutely frustrated and enraged with this company. My AC stopped cooling since mid February 2023. Called AirTron to set up an emergency appointment to come check it out. The company said they'd be at my home between 1pm and 8pm. They did not call back to let me know they would re-schedule for the next day. When the technician finally arrived that next day, took a couple of hours to find that a coil was not working properly and had to be replaced. He then said he would put the request to get the part and install it. I did not get a timeline for when the service would be done. After 2 days of not hearing from them, I decided to call, I was advised that the order had been ordered and it would take 3 to 5 business days for the manufacturer to send the part. Today is day 5, and I've called 3 times to ask for a status and I only get the same answer "3 to 5 business days" "I apologize for the inconvenience". For 12 days I have been with no AC and my kids have been suffering with the heat at night. I have been forced to buy multiple fans to keep us cool through the day and night. It is completely unacceptable that a company of this size and reach does not have major components in stock for these type of emergencies. I am displeased with this company and the fact that AirTron did not even offer to find a temporary solution to have at least some type of AC is just plain inhuman. A compensation for the lack of care and customer service is in order. I hope they read this.
