L.T. of Airtron was great. He was on time for the seasonal check-up appointment. He found a part that needed to be replaced and since I am enrolled in the monthly maintenance program the call cost me nothing!

Update on my service of 12/3. I had posted one earlier but reposting again. 9:04 pm had place a call to have someone come back out to fix either the thermostat or my furnace cause it wasn’t heating like it had before work was done on it.10:25 pm came and daughter calls and was told no one is coming cause it was after the hours but my call was placed before the deadline. This isn’t acceptable when it’s cold out and I waited over 4 hours for them to do this service call.

Mark Little took the time to figure out the issue with our ducts. From entering the house, putting booties on and carefully listening to the issues; I was very confident that he would get the gaps with our ducts corrected. Not only was he very professional, he provided us with good advise in maintaining our furnace. Well done, Mark.

We have lived in our new built home for just under 2 years. This week our AC started acting up. Airtron came out today to take a look and found that our schrader core needed replaced and our pressure was low. I was very frustrated and discouraged considering the unit isn't even 2 years old and expressed my frustrations to the technician. He went and talked to his supervisor and they made it right for us. They wanted us to be satisfied with their service and instead of charging us the full price which was going to be around $500, they only charged us for the service call. I went from crying sad tears to happy & relieved tears. We have been trying hard to straighten out our finances after a rough season and this was going to set us back a lot. Thanks to Albert and his supervisor we don't have to be set back and can keep moving forward. I AM SO THANKFUL! Albert was so professional and nice and even apologized when he really didn't need to. He was understanding and sympathetic and in this world you don't get too many people like that anymore. Thank you Albert and Airtron for making it right and wanting your customers to be satisfied.

Built my home 2yrs ago and my furnace has continuously halted twice a year, when turning on heat or ac for the first time each season. I've had about 10 visits from airtron since they're the ones who initially installed it. Each serviceman would bill me and tell me it was a limit switch problem (covid production, model rareness, burnt out, etc). It wasnt until Tyler came to my home recently and evaluated the problem by physically going up to the attic and finding my air ducts squashed and causing air flow problems which was the reason for my burnt limit switches. After stepping back to the basics and finding the root cause, he came back the 2nd time with Erik to clean out my air ducts and to rearrange them so they werent pinched in the attic. Both explained the issues I'd been having in layman terms, where none of the previous 9 service people were able to. The previous 9 servicemen were continually advertised to me as either senior techs or had been doing their trade for a long time, yet left me with no resolve or explanation. Tyler went completely above and beyond and it was a pleasure seeing/hearing him and Erik work together in my attic. They took pics and showed me the before and after and helped me understand how this may have happened during my house-building process. I would hope upper management or corporate to advance these 2 gentlemen and have them share or train others.
Aside my from my rant, Airtron has always been on time, respectful and responsive to my 2-year issue. They're also communicating with the builders to ensure this doesn't happen to other home buyers; and this time, billed the builder for my 3 visits. Thanks for your diligence, Airtron.

My experience with Airtron was top notch! The sales manager Jeff was very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to help us when our system went down. The install team was clean, kind and courteous. They were very experienced and got the whole system replaced in just under 3 hours. They showed up on time and answered all of my questions. The system they installed is working great! I highly recommend Airtron because of their expertise and high level customer service!
