Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently purchased a new construction home and AirTron installed the HVAC equipment. We were having issues with the Thermostat and they responded quickly to the service request (not urgent) and had a technician here within three days. The technician was professional and was able to resolve the issue quickly with supplies he had on his truck. He did some further trouble shooting for more advanced setup and went on his way. It was a spectacular first experience with AirTron in the Indianapolis area…highly recommended based on this interaction.

Charles Northrup was on time, thorough, professional, and personable!! He made us feel at ease with how we take care of our A/C unit and we look forward to seeing Charles again….he’s an outstanding technician!

I appreciate the attentive and informed customer service. The Technician Brad Crose Was absolutes polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very approachable. He explained very clearly what was wrong with our air-condition unit and what he had to replace. Everyone at Airtron has made this experience extremely easy and enjoyable .

The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and was quite willing to explain aspects of the HVAC systems we inherited with the purchase of the house. He was even kind enough to smile at even my worst "dad" jokes. I hope Airtron is sufficiently fortunate to have him in their employment for some time to come.

Samuel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable regarding our HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained to me everything he checked on my furnace. We were impressed that he checked and adjusted the gas pressure because it was too high in order to save us some money on our gas bill. We hope they send him out next year for our yearly maintenance!

Airtron Indy did our new build install and everything has been working well and as expected. With the cooler weather we went with Airtron for a while home humidifier. The installation was clean and it was reasonably priced. Upon needing additional equipment to optimize the whole home humidifier, Brandon with the Airtron team listened to my concerns and was able to offer a solution that was fair and resolved the issue. Would recommend working with the Airtron team. Honest and knowledgeable.

We have been long time Airtron customers, with them servicing our heating and air. As our alarm system was do for an upgrade, contacted them about their Smart Home Solutions. David helped us from the initial consultation through the install and app setup. The process was smooth and the alarm system is very intuitive.

We have been customers of Airtron for two years now. We have had several issues with our geothermal unit. Airtron is always prompt to come out and service. I am always impressed with the friendliness, professional manner, and clean appearance of the technicians. We are on their yearly service plan, and it has paid for itself With all of the parts and services it has covered. Highly recommend Airtron!
