Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing

We needed a new hot water heater, and, as luck would have it, over the July 4th holiday. Our call to Peterman Bothers put us in contact with Josh Brooks. Upon Josh's inspection of our current plumbing scheme, he discovered a couple errors made by the original installers. His knowledge and professionalism were major factors in our selection of Peterman Brothers for the replacement of our defective water heater. The two technicians dispatched by Peterman Brothers for installation were on time and "hit the road running." From a quick observation of their work, it was obvious that Erin and Brandon were well trained and had a five-star work ethic. No more cold showers!

Our Sump pump stopped working and we were running off of the emergency backup for a week. When Seth arrived, the emergency backup and battery had burned up. Our appointment was for 4:30 on a Friday. Seth called Central Supply and rushed over to get the new pump before they closed and came right back to finish everything so we didn't have to go over the holiday weekend. Seth was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs and we are very grateful!! Thank you Seth!

I'm a young female first-time homeowner who, after trying to learn and DIY a plumbing leak realized I was way over my head and finally had to concede to calling a professional. My home is older and was recently flipped, and discovered some of the cut corners with my shower/tub installation job causing leaks behind my wall; my shower valve had not been installed properly to the studs, and the fittings had a leak somewhere. I had called another company and got a quote that was -way- out of my means ($2k) and was desperate for an alternative. I had a possibility to opt out of half the work quoted, but that still landed me at $1k. (Even with them waiving the dispatch fee for me, there was just no way I'd be able to afford that).

After a bit of googling I found Peterman Brothers, called them, and they were able to get me a plumbing diagnostic Same-Day. Codi came out later in the afternoon and was very kind and friendly while he checked out my situation. He was open with me about what was going on, explained the issue, and gave me multiple tiers of service from making it usable to fixing the bad installation. Even the top tier fix was half the cost of the other company, but I was able to settle on the mid-tier. Codi also let me know about the membership that got me an instant discount, and I was able to get my shower valve replaced and dry for a quarter of the first company's estimate. Codi was also very patient and friendly with my little fur babies who are very curious :)

Codi and the Peterman Brothers made a very stressful situation into a manageable inconvenience, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of being a young woman in my thirties who is very new to homeowner ship. Honest and solid work, good prices, and flexible staff. It's been a few weeks since the repair and it's still solid, no leaks, no issues. Codi was very thorough and I appreciate his understanding with my financial situation. He went above and beyond and Peterman Brothers will always be my first call in the future!

Rob, Ryan, and Chris did a great job with respecting my property and my neighbors property while doing such a messy job. They were very communicative and they were fun with my kiddos when they tried to interrupt their work.
Although, I hope to never have to see them again for sewer issues, they were great company.

The sales rep Zach was amazing as well, very understanding and compassionate with my situation, and was very good and explaining my options with care and respect. Thank you Zach.

James was friendly and professional. He took his time with our light fixture installations to make sure that everything was to our liking. I like that you get your estimate upfront so that no surprises come later.

Had a great experience all around. Jonah is a heck of a plumber and an even better person. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with options that I found easy to choose from. Young guy but has been doing it since he was 14 and I was truly impressed. I highly recommend using Peterman Brothers. It’s not usual to have great service like this anymore and it was appreciated!

I had both Reed and Carson visit my home for service for plumbing and HVAC work. They were both personable, professional, and very polite. Both are very pleasant young man. Addressed our issue promptly, from initial call to final resolution. All personnel were already with professional, personnable and were well versed in their area of expertise. However, that said, the vent cleaning scheduled fir 2 days later was a no show and still waiting for a firm date on reschedule.

Antonio was awesome! He came early this morning, took his time setting expectations and explaining the process for estimates, service and/or repairs. All of the information provided was accurate and given with care. Repairs are stressful and expensive but we were able to hear the cost and digest the information provided. We were able to make an informed choice and will have working A/C tomorrow evening. If you have to have a tech visit this is the guy you want! Thanks Antonio

I had my sewer line dug up and replaced. Shawn V, Layne P, and Cole completed the job. They did a fantastic job of fixing the issue, keeping the dig area clean and contained, and communicating everything to me. I highly recommend Peterman Brothers to anyone looking for a quality service company...all of their staff has been great to work with on .y major plumbing issue. Thank you all very much!
