Ricky was wonderful. He came in, saw that there was nothing really wrong after I pull the stool and everything we checked it with water test couldn’t find a leak must’ve just been the wax ring. He did a great job. He told me since I had taken it apart why don’t you just go ahead and put it together he was honest and caring. That’s what a good company needs honest and caring people. Two gentleman by the name of Jeff Meyers and Riley hood came to install my new water softener I was very impressed with both of them they were very well mannered they showed me things on there they answered all of my questions and it seemed like they were not annoyed by what I was asking. We l got our water heater and water softer replacement, as well as got platinum sevice contact for plumbing and heating. The personal were fast, professional, polite, and informative. As well as cleaned up everything once work was completed.

We had an emergency call with a broken water heater. Peterman Bros responded the next morning (only delayed due to other emergencies they already responded to) and got us a plan to replace and update our setup. Our tech Lucas explained everything clearly, all options available and any background information and reasons why some were recommended more than others. He also did the other service checks included in the service plan and checked on our sump pump! Great service!

Called for unclog of washing machine drain. Awesome professionalism. Ask questions regarding drain. Explained the protection plan. Found the issue HAIR. I have only been living here for 9 months…so it was a previous problem with former home owner. However My washing machine drains great now! Awesome work Maurice!

Replaced a leaking value under our sink. While here noticed our water pressure value was too high. I was able to get this addresses before my pipes under my house blew a leak. This happened a few years ago and our plumber Daniel prevented this from happening again. They were not pushy with sales. Offered services but left the decision to me. They have an incredible monthly HVAV service plan. The cost for this plan annually to provide regular maintenance to our HVAC is not much more than the cost I spend for the filters doing it myself. I don’t usual buy these contracted services, but this one was a no brainer. Incredible service and workmanship. I will definitely use them moving forward.
